Be careful buying a vehicle here. They sold me a vehicle that they said was in great condition. They also sold me a vehicle warranty by Gwc warranty which did not cover the electrical problems of the vehicle and possible transmission issues. In the warranty contract it also said it would cover for a rental vehicle which they didn't cover as well. Do yourself a favor don't buy a vehicle here or a warranty. Their warranty company's are scammers and will not cover. Also the vehicle they sold me is leaking water im my vehicle. They won't do anything about it. Crooks. I spent about $30,000 on this vehicle be careful i think they buy vehicles from junk yards or auctions

🚫 WARNING — DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP 🚫 I bought my vehicle from this dealership on September 8th, and the check engine light came on the same day. By September 11th, I had it scanned at AutoZone — it showed four different codes, including issues with the steering wheel, computer system, engine shutting off while driving, and electronic brake control module. Then, on October 20th (barely a month after purchase!), the truck completely died. I took it back to the dealership expecting them to fix it — which they did NOT. When I went to pick up my truck, the dealership threatened repossession just because I refused to sign a contract that would have freed them of all responsibility for the problems. I had to call both the bank and the police just to get my own truck back. And the worst part? Once I finally got home, the truck died again! ⚠️ This place sells unsafe vehicles and takes zero accountability. If you value your safety, your family’s safety, and your money — stay far away from this dealership! Terrible experience, terrible service, terrible ethics.

Transmission was slipping on the test driver. Owner wanted to split the cost with me to fix it. I said okay however I want cash, Owner said no that he will only discount it from the price of the truck. I then asked if that was are new negotiating point and it was no. I understand it's a business however you can't sell a truck with the Transmission almost gone. I hope nobody buys that truck until the owner fixes it right.

Dealer was not interested in making a deal with me. Dealer did not want to come down from their advertised price.

I offer if they could drop the price they said not sour prices don’t change I said is ok sale to people the price you want is not a problem

We went in to look at a car we saw online. We were greeted immediately by a gentleman named Arash. He showed us the car but we saw another one we liked better. After a little paperwork we took it for a test drive and liked it. Arash took the time to explain the process as we went through it and in short order we drove off with our new to us car. It took about 1 hours to get what we needed. It didn't seem like a long time. Easiest car buying experience ever.

My experience was great! The owners made sure that all of our concerns about the car were taken care of, they were kind and gave us their full attention, and truly treated us like special clients. I am in love with my new car and am super thankful for everyone at Carin Auto
