This place is a joke.

This place is a joke. Once they got my money, I was forgotten about. I’ve called this place 8 times in the last month to make things right but I never hear back. This is why no one can compete with Kitty Vanbortel. She doesn’t treat her customers like dirt

The service department is amazing!

The service department is amazing! Always friendly, quick and knowledgeable - especially Jordan!! Will always bring my GMC here for service.

Horrible business and disgusting customer service, never

Horrible business and disgusting customer service, never again would I even entertain the thought of purchasing a vehicle from these clowns, its really ran like a circus, sad and pathetic actually. They advertise a vehicle, I come see it with $20k cash in hand looking to purchase that day, the vehicle is filthy, dirty inside and clunks on test drive, ok I can see past that stuff but to wait 8 days for them to get it into there shop but then be told there short staffed, so what, offer overtime or don't advertise and be mindful of peoples time, rare contact from them explaining the status, just basically left me out to dry, if I was the owner Id get my act together, you let a customer off the lot with cash and intentions on buying that day, worse case i waited for over a week to fix the vehicles brakes, cmon, you could have taken it up the street to midas or another brake/tire service center and had it done. Pathetic grown men lying to pacify me, bye bye clowns, I found a real dealer who went through there vehicle before advertising to the public, shame on you for wasting my time and just lying day after day, disgusting really.

Yesterday I leased another Buick Encore from Dan Frank. He made me feel so comfortable and so personable. I also had the pleasure to meet Jeff Tabor. He was great! He explained eveything I needed to know regarding Leasing my new car. I highly recommend Vision Buick !

Terrible sales and service, stay away , Salesmen show filthy used vehicles and hide defects. Service is a joke, try to convince you there is nothing wrong with vehicle keep driving

After sending our current car to our daughter and husband

After sending our current car to our daughter and husband in Wisconsin, we were looking for a newer vehicle that would last for a fair amount of time with minimum maintenance. Jeremy showed my husband 2 possibilities, we came back so I could test drive both vehicles (and then the first one, one more time), we had all our questions answered (and others we hadn't thought to ask) and decided by the end of that visit we would buy the GMC Buick Encore. We came back after the weekend to pick it up - the car had had the thorough inspection, a car wash, a full tank of gas added, and was good to go. Jeremy had already thoroughly explained all the features in the initial visit, but took the time and was so patient while going through them again to make sure both of us understood. He was so friendly each time and we trusted what he said. We have only had the car a week, but already know it has been a good match. We would recommend Vision Buick and Jeremy Garnish specifically to any of our family or friends.

I bought my GMC Sierra from a tent event that was put on

I bought my GMC Sierra from a tent event that was put on by Vision Nissan. One of the benefits was free oil changes for life. I have always taken my truck to Vision Dodge/RAM & had never had an issue. I took it to this dealership for a oil change & potentially additional service needed for my inspection. They refused to honor my free oil change perk and said it would be $55. I'm not sure why different Vision dealerships will honor this, but not this location, especially sice I needed additional work. I went to this location twice and they refused me service both times. They also don't advertise that thier service department is open past 5pm, but all the techs go home at 5pm. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone and will probably not be purchasing through any Vision dealership again.
