Write a reviewI recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Nation Auto Center that I feel compelled to share. I had gone to the dealership with excitement to purchase a vehicle, but the entire ordeal left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Upon arriving, the sales team made me sign multiple contracts, each one worse than the previous. It was evident that the focus was solely on locking me into a deal, rather than genuinely addressing my needs or concerns. On the third contract, when I expressed my decision to back out due to their inability to secure financing and my reservations about proceeding, things took a disheartening turn. I was intimidated into signing against my wishes by the dealership's insistence that I'd lose my $6,000 down payment if I didn't proceed. This felt like coercion, and it only heightened my apprehension about dealing with Nation Auto Center. Adding to the ordeal, the vehicle I purchased from them broke down in less than a month. The finance company rejected the deal, which only further highlighted the dealership's lack of integrity and professionalism. Despite the finance company demanding the return of my money, Nation Auto Center blatantly refused. The distressing experience has led me to initiate a lawsuit against the dealership. It's clear that their actions were not only ethically questionable, but also legally questionable. I urge anyone considering dealing with Nation Auto Center to exercise extreme caution. They prioritize their own gains over the well-being of their customers, and their tactics are far from honest or transparent. My intention in sharing this review is to prevent others from falling into the same unfortunate situation that I did. I hope that by shedding light on my experience, potential customers can make informed decisions and avoid the hassle, frustration, and financial loss that I had to endure.
