Michael was absolutely fantastic. Literally the best and easiest auto buying experience ever. He had the Bronco waiting for us upon arrival, walked us through all the paperwork and phone set up and had us on our way in short order. He will be my first call for any future needs. Also a shout out to Cruz for answering all questions the night before we came in and to Jordan for handling all the payment process. Standup and straight-up group of people!

Tracie was great. I did everything by email and text. When I went to go pick up our new Bronco I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The fuel tank was full! This is rare these days but a small detail that will give them my business on my next purchase.

Tracie was amazing. She made it so easy to purchase my new Expedition. A few text and a phone call and she even delivered it to my work. I didn't even have to go to the dealership. I look forward to the next purchase.

Dick Hannah Ford was great to deal with. Dave Flom was informative and the buying process very simple. We worked out the purchase and trade-in quickly and I’m very happy with my new car. I would buy from them again and recommend to other potential customers.

Had a great experience buying our new vehicle! First time that I can say that! We never felt like we were being pushed. Our sales person Cruz, was awesome, patient, and informative.

I’ve had good experiences with Dick Hannah service departments at other locations, but my visit to the Sandy location was disappointing. Check-in felt rushed, with no timeline or cost estimate provided. I specifically noted my F-150 was at 100k miles and asked for recommended maintenance, but no one explained what services were needed or reviewed options with me. What was described as a quick-service oil change took about 7.5 hours with no proactive communication. When service was complete, I was given a total to pay without any explanation of the work performed. I was also charged for wiper blades I was told would be complimentary (this was refunded, but only after spending additional time waiting). Finally, when I asked where my truck was parked, I was told “it’s out there” and had to search the lot using my key fob. Overall, the level of communication and care was lower than what I’ve consistently received at basic quick-service places like Jiffy Lube, which is not what I expect from a dealership
