This is a great service offered by the Ford dealership. I was able to have them come to my home for free to fix a recall issue on my truck. The two guys that came were friendly, polite and professional. They got the job done quickly, it was all so easy. Definitely beats going to the dealership and waiting for a couple hours! Thank you for offering this service! I will definitely use this service again if needed.

My daughter and I were in the area when my Ford Bronco started having issues. I called the dealership and they told me to come on in and they would see what they could do. We barely made it to the dealership, when we got there Dylan listened to the issue, offered us water and a place to sit. I felt he truly cared about helping us! He then directed us to Enterprise so we could rent a car to get back home to Southern OR while they kept my vehicle to repair. Not only did they repair the issue, they took care of 2 recalls that had not been dealt with at my local dealership! If you have every purchased a new vehicle then you know it can be a grueling process, but not at Dick Hannah Ford in Sandy. Our sales person, Hayden, was great. Hayden had the vehicle I requested up front and ready to test drive when I arrived at the dealership. My wife and I both drove the vehicle and we decided we liked it. Hayden did a great job throughout the sales process. We went to financing and again very streamline and effortless. The entire experience exceeded expectations. Also, my daughter left a pair of AirPods in a compartment in the vehicle we traded in and the next day Dick Hannah Dealer text and let me know they found a pair of AirPods in the trade in vehicle.
