My 14 year old Nissan Versa rode like a new car after

My 14 year old Nissan Versa rode like a new car after extensive service. Jake was very helpful in guiding me through everything that needed to be done. He showed me what could wait and what needed to be done now. As someone on a limited income, that information was vital. I'm going to push a few more years out of the best car I ever owned.

Purchased a 2024 Frontier on December 26, 2024.

Purchased a 2024 Frontier on December 26, 2024. Still waiting on my plates to come as my temporary plate expires February 24, 2025. Just found out today that a duplicate title needs to be ordered and plates won't be in for several more weeks. A new temporary plate is in the works and they offered to overnight it to me when it comes in or email it to me and I could print it out myself. First and last vehicle I will purchase from them

I have spoken to several people at the dealership, Nissan motor credit, and Nissan customer affairs. No one has offered an good explanation for the delay or taken any accountability for the delay all anyone does is offer excuses. Nissan customer affairs recommended I take my paperwork and release of lean I obtained from Nissan motor credit and go to the tax office and register the vehicle myself. I guess Nissan expects me to pay the registration and sales tax a second time since I paid to Nissan at the time of the sale.

If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. I do not recommend purchasing from or visiting this dealership for service of any kind. I wouldn't trust them to wash my car at this point They jerk you around on service and honoring warranties. They do not uphold the promises made when the car is sold and blame it on bad sales guys not doing the paperwork. They also peddle certified pre owned vehicles that are not up to date on the maintenance recommended by Nissan. Maintenance that is required when it comes time to honor those warranties. Their quotes for service are also several hundred dollars higher than other Nissan dealerships in the metroplex. Nissan states that to be CPO certified the vehicle has to pass a 167 point inspection by a trained mechanic, but keep in mind this "inspection" only requires the mechanic to "eyeball" the fluid per Debra. Don't expect them to actually keep up the recommended maintenance before they sell it to you. Debra the manager is really great at repeating the phrase "I'm trying to meet you where you are at" and thats about all you'll get out of her. Maybe a free oil change (when you were originally promised 6 free ones) which tops out at over $100 when you can easily get it done elsewhere for less than that. Save your money and your sanity and drive to a different one.

We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one, as we discussed the items you are referring to are elective items to prolong the life of your vehicle. All requirements for CPO as well as safety items were completed on your vehicle. I did honor the one oil change even after having a signed we owe from you stating nothing owed or promised, because we wanted to continue a business relationship with you
