Cavender Nissan of San Marcos

Drove 1 1/2 hours to the dealership just to get a call before I pulled up that the vehicle I was going to look at was in the process of being sold. This happened even after I spoke to Armando Salinas the evening before, and he knew I’d be going out there the next day. Waste of my time and money just to drive out there and right back.

Mike was nice and Quick to help me didn’t take that long to put my truck in to change the oil and rotate the tires after he explained everything that they did to the truck and checked. Thank you very much good customer service.

Vicente is our "go-to guy" when it comes to servicing our Nissan. He has always been fair and explained the importance of each service needed to maintain our vehicle in tip-top shape. Finding Vicente in San Marcos was a God-send for us, as he gave us extra special care, never pushy or insistent on what we could afford at the time. The nissan service department crew was very friendly, extremely efficient and wash the car too.

Sales staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. Took time to work with us to negotiate a deal we both enjoyed.

6 of the wheel lug nuts were not tightened. Battery terminal cover not closed. Truck not washed.
