As a nurse, who depends greatly on reliable transportation, and also being a communications/public relations specialist, I feel it is a priority for me to work with a sales person and dealership who values my trust and one on which I can rely upon. I am also a consumer advocate and put a great deal of effort into identifying exactly what I am looking for and comparing costs for the best deal available. I have worked with Honda Gallery in the past and, after having done my due diligence in pricing elsewhere found myself back at their location, now renamed Prime Honda in Reading, MA. I had asked another dealership to find a specific color on the Honda Accord EX I wanted and had been assured they had it. They promised but could not deliver, asked if I would consider a different color, and could not match the price I received from Prime Honda. I must acknowledge that Prime Honda worked diligently to locate and deliver exactly the vehicle I desired. Beyond that, Herve Pierre Louis, as my sales person, was OUTSTANDING, as was the manager, Jeremy Kelley!!! Herve could not do enough to close this deal and was so patient in reviewing all of the features in my new Accord. He took care of each and every detail. He should be the gold standard of customer service anywhere. I had begun to believe that this level service was from days gone by; it was refreshing to see there are still people in sales who know how to provide genuine top of the line service and value their customers! Needless to say, having done my homework before this purchase, I undeniably made the right choice in coming here and, specifically, having the extremely good fortune of working with Herve and Jeremy. Side bar, although I have used a Honda dealership in closer proximity to me for service in the past, I am honestly considering coming here as Herve informed me that they vacuum your vehicle and wash it when you bring it in for service and, if service requires an overnight stay for your vehicle, they arrange a loaner for you with Enterprise! Quite honestly, I never received these perks at Rockingham Honda in Salem, NH, and many of the trusted people I had come to know over the years there, have suddenly seemed to disappear leaving me rather disappointed. Prime Honda (former Honda Gallery) in Reading - honest, reliable, and extremely customer service oriented!

In today's days , time and quality is essential. I was welcome with hospitality and felt like seeing my family. Highly recommend for its service and awesome work

The dealership was so easy to work with. Christine in the service dept was very helpful. All the work was done as promised. The shuttle service was excellent. Christine made follow up calls to assure everything was okay.

Had a great experience with Rob Giavanucci at prime. He sold us our third car with him this time a beautiful 2019 Honda passport. My wife is ecstatic and his service is incredible. I will only buy Honda’s at prime and we use Rob exclusively. I have 3- Honda’s that i service their regularly.Also a big shout out to Luigi Demarco the business manager. Very comforting and he took great care of us. We love prime and Rob has always taken such great care of us. Their second to none.

Friendly and prompt service. Often have same-day appointments available. Clean waiting room. Love getting a clean car (vacuumed and washed) when it’s done!

Everyone I dealt with there was extremely helpful, kind and changed my mind about getting another Nissan. From ST to Jeremy and Luigi, they could not have been more helpful. I am extremely grateful for everything they did for me. I leased the car and they all went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the deal and the car. After a bit of a rough start, we had great finish. We are very happy with the new car and it was great working with our sales rep Rob Giovannucci, Rob even came in on his dsy off to show us all the features of the car.

Absolute excellent service from ST and jeremy. I would recommend coming in and just talking to ST right away. You will not waste your time 100%
