Thought we had a deal on a car and the place suddenly closed. Like evaporated. All of the cars on the lot are gone and there's a "For Lease" sign in the window. We probably dodged a bullet.

We were in negotiations on the purchase of an Express van. We agreed to the full asking price, gave a deposit and booked a flight from the west coast to pick up the van. The next day we were informed that only a money order would be accepted. Not a cashiers check, not cash, not anything else. When we asked for a solution to this problem as our bank did issue a money order we were informed that the deal was off and we would receive a refund. Now we have a non refundable airline ticket and no van to pick up. What kind of business does that? Dishonest and not trust worthy. Buyer beware. This business can not be trusted.
