Buyer beware. Although he the process leading up to the sale is positive and efficient unfortunately they don’t check their vehicles before selling them and wash their hands once issues come up. Purchased a car they hyped up and not even five days later the codes lite up and the car left me. Haven’t even made it 1000 miles and the car is already up to $5,000 in repairs almost half the cost. Yet their service model now went to that’s what happens when you buy German. I recommend you spend your money at a place that has a pre inspection process and stands by their product and actually cares about what they put on the road under their name. Stay away

Procedurally they are very efficient and polite. Unfortunately, we were lied to about electrical issues, codes and water damage. Ended up this car had 5 historical codes including electric wiring issue and the timing chain failure. I would not purchase a vehicle from them and would strongly caution anyone whose interested in one of their cars. Do not purchase one of their cars without taking it to a mechanic first. We certainly wish we would have. They will lie... asked "any water damage" no they said. There is significant inside water damage. Asked what about "lights on dash and codes", told its the new tires and an easy fix. Nope, wiring is not factory and makes no sense to two mechanics. Asked "any serious mechanical issues in codes". They said no, they lied... camshaft intake timing off is a huge issue. Watch them closely. Buyer beware.
