Parts Department-Wonderful!

I went to another establishment to have oil change and tire rotation for my Kia. During the rotation they snapped the key to unlock the locking lug nut. They suggested going to a Kia dealership to order a new unlocking key. Gary Lang is just a few blocks away so I stopped in. The problem is the card with the part number was not in the container with the other lug nuts. He noted a number on the broken key and would try to match that. If it did match the part would be in in about 2-3 days. A few hours later, Craig called and left message that number was not the part number but they did have a master set of keys and to stop back. I met him at the garage and after checking 6 keys made a match. Elated! He asked if I still wanted to order the part-no! I wanted those locks off as I did not want to have that happen again. They took off the locks and replaced with the lug nuts. What a nice gesture. I came straight home to write this review. Thank you Craig M. with the parts department! I so appreciate the efforts and time!

I trust them.

One of the very few dealerships I would trust with my investment. Friendly, courteous, honest, and informative. If the job doesn't need to be done, they tell you. But if they spot something that does need attention, they will bring it to your attention and explain why it needs fixing. That's why I trust them.

Great Experience

I was very nervous going in as this was my first time buying a new car, but our saleswoman, Darlene was absolutely awesome! She was very nice, and made things much more relaxed by joking with me. She was also quick, I was in and out with an awesome new car!
