Great service from the sales person Henry La to the finance dept Jason. This is my 3rd vehicle at this location. They were able to transfer my veteran plates and that made very happy. The DMV was not helpful and very rude. Excellent service at Castles.

Brought several cars from Gary Lang and now Castle.
Brought several cars from Gary Lang and now Castle. Brought 2024 car off the showroom floor. So with only 6000 miles I got a nail on the outside of tire. Had to get new tire.La So i said could u give a better deal on a new tire, Service dept said talk to your sales person , So I did, Henry La, He did not do anything for me, at least he could have given me a little cheaper price, $300 on a 1 tire, have no problem buying for a new tire, just thought they could have went a little cheaper on 1 tire

Henry La of Castle is helpful, friendly, and professional. He helped me get out of a bad loan and into a new car I really like. He made my day better by constantly making sure I was doing ok. Andrew and victor were also helpful.
