I would like to share my recent experience with your dealership, which was very disappointing. I interacted with someone named Derrick/Derris, who was highly unprofessional, provocative, and confrontational. When I raised this matter with the sales manager, Erick, he acknowledged that this individual had no business communicating with customers in such a manner. It is concerning to think this behavior might continue, and I would not be surprised if it escalates with other customers in the future. I would not have considered proceeding with any transaction if I had been addressed this way directly. Please see the attached screenshot as proof of this interaction.

Amanda was very professional and personable.
Amanda was very professional and personable. There were complications with the equipment (Lexus garage door not opening) and Amanda work so hard to have the correct person fix the door while still making sure the customers were safe.
