Final destination to deal for your KIA car
I researched and contacted lots of dealership to get an estimate for a lease car. I thought I got really good estimate from one dealership. When I contacted Pedro, Sales consultant, via phone he asked me what was the best deal from other dealership (straight forward)? He came back after 10 min and provided me with the BEST deal without any hidden fees and the BEST customer support I received from the dealership. I filled out all paperwork via email and Internet and walked in to the dealership for the final signature and the car was ready to pickup already. WOW experience by Brown KIA dealership and I felt like I can trust this place and Pedro. After this 2 year lease, we decided to buy a new SUV. Thank you for the excellent customer service and great deal again!!

Great Help
Everyone was great and helpful. We went in to look and gain information on the Soul GT line Turbo. I knew that this is the car I wanted. I went to Brown's cause how well they did at the Hyundai Lessburg location, with my girlfriend. They did just as well helping me walk out in the price range I wanted and not feel pressure.

Service, oil change and fluid top off??
Had ask to top off my engine coolant because it was about 1/4 inch above the LOW level on the tank. The adviser said he would take care of it for me. It took about hour to preform my oil change, I took the car home and checked the coolant level and found it to be in the same conduction, I called the service adviser he informed me that they don't fill the coolant even half way only just above the LOW mark. I said I never herd of that plus that did not make any sense at all even not to fill it least halfway. I will call another dealership to verify if this is even true. The adviser said the car was washed and found a large hand print on my car hood.

Purchase experience fairly good
Jonathan was kind, courteous, and genuinely respectful. We appreciated his help. My only complaint is the time to purchase. The finance person got backlogged.

Stinger
I had a very good car buying experience with John Sasso and Kevin Shin, with help on the financing from Claudia Sandoval. I love my Stinger, only problem so far is that I like it too much and drove nearly 2500 miles in the first month.
