The Sale clerk I worked with Johnathan Quintanilla was very kind and courteous. The manager was very willing to work out something so that I could drive the car of my choice off the lot. The staff was excellent from the Sales staff, to the finance office the whole experience was absolutely wonderful.

First Time Buying New!!
I went in looking for a vehicle in mind and they had just what I was looking for. They were very friendly and honest with everything. The buying process and vehicle shopping was stress free, pressure free, and everything took less than an hour. I look forward doing business again with them in the future. They have great prices and a large verity of vehicles in stock to pick from. I have been receiving compliments about my new vehicle since I shared a picture on Facebook. All my friends find it to be stylish and very cheap compared to other dealers in my area. Everyone wants my new vehicle and has offered to switch with theirs but I declined their offers. The New 2016 Kia Sorento is the best vehicle I have ever had and feel very happy that I spent my money wisely.

Brown's Kia Service
The speaker was installed, and they tried to fix the vehicle from hesitating. Even though they test drove it and couldn't get a hesitation, they did do something and is hoping it has fixed my problem.

Great, Reliable Customer Service
Sam was able to help me out and pinpoint the exact problems in my Kia Optima. He is extremely helpful and has been continuously so for my experience at Brown's Manassas. He was able to effectively communicate why getting my oil changed at Jiffy Lube was not the best idea for my car. He was able to explain the issue they caused (something relating to my fuel injector) and how Brown's was able to fix it.

Will Continue to Come Back as Usual
The customer service representative, Sam, was very nice and kept me up-to-date on my vehicle's service progress. I was going to be there for a while because I was getting a lot done. It was pleasant having updates despite being aware that I would be there for a while beforehand.

Great service from a great team.
I don't like going to car dealerships. John and Jose made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I wasn't rushed. It was a beautiful experience and I left HAPPY with my NEW KIA SORENTO. LOVE MY SORENTO. Jose called my back afew days later and said he needed to see me because he found me a better rate from 2.9 to 1.9 and a lower payment. God bless the Manassas KIA team.

Michele Bolden is a wonderful service manager, she makes every experience I have at your dealership pleasant and exceptional. She is the best thing about your dealership. I trust your service department and when I go to Brown's I feel like I can believe what I am told about my vehicle unlike many other places I have been where I feel like I am being taken advantage of.
