The process took 2-3 hours and the staff kept me informed about my car. They also made sure that my dad and I was comfortable while waiting; they even washed my baby when she was done! 10/10

Above & Beyond!

We had the pleasure of working with Syed Shah. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. We’ve never had an experience even half as pleasant at a car dealership, ever and we’ve been car shopping for 2 solid months. Syed kept in contact with us via phone, replying to our questions/requests instantly. He greeted us warmly when we arrived and had the vehicle ready for us to drive. We felt completely at ease our entire visit. He provided us with thorough information regarding the overall vehicle and all of the technology. We were also made aware of the service and maintenance center and invited to return for all of our car care needs in the future. Our expectations were completely exceeded. We will be returning in the future and referring all of our friends and family to this Kia location.

Great service

Everyone was nice and done quick. Sales was helpful on info regarding upgrading. Lobby was clean need with good hot chocolate. As well as the lady that helped me she was pleasant and positive

EXCELLENT SERVICE

OUR SALES REP ANGEL WAS THE BEST! HE SHOWED US ALL OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR THE VEHICLE WE WERE WANTING, TO MAKE SURE WE GOT EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH WITH ALL THE TECH OPTIONS THAT CAME ON THE FORTE SO WE KNOW HOW EVERYTHING WORKS. ANGEL ALSO LET US KNOW WE CAN CONTACT HIM WITH ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE MAY HAVE. HE IS THE BEST CAR SALESMAN WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Brown's Manassas Kia has great service.

The sales representative, Syed Shah who worked with us on the purchase of our 2022 Kia Telluride, in late November 2021, was very friendly and professionally responsive to our questions and helped us acquire the vehicle color and model we wanted. The manager Wais Safi was also very polite and helpful.
