People are nice but they have forgotten to refill window
People are nice but they have forgotten to refill window wiper fluids when I went in for service. I work 7 days which makes it so difficult for me to stop by to have that filled up.

Zach left a text on Thursday evening that my car was readyI tried to reach my service person and the dealership for two days with no answer. I left the service person text and voicemail and never heard from him. No one called to explain the issues found or what needed to be done. . I rented a car for 3 days basically for an oil change.
