I spoke on the phone with tab initially he was very helpful and took the time to explain things to me as this was my first time buying a car site unseen. When it was time to wire the money I felt very comfortable doing so. I got the car inspected before I purchased the car and they let me pick any shop that was in their area! I am from Nevada and this made me confident I was buying what they represented on their ad. I spoke with Daniel who did all the paperwork and handled the transaction. He was very nice and took the time to talk with my banker since I did not know how to do a wire transfer. I got the car and it was exactly what the pictures show. Thanks again!!!

Was contacted back quickly after asking of the availability of a car which was nice. They don't have weekend or evening hours so I had to arrange to take a morning off of work to come out a week later. Was communicating with a representative from the company, Daniel, who gave me an address to go to. On the appointment day I show up and didn't see the car if went out to look at. Walked into the building where the parking lot was and they don't have an office in that building. Their address online is for a baseball field a few blocks away. Their website indicates they are in the building across the street behind a hot tub store which i eventually found. The store front was locked up with nobody on site. Finally about 2 hours after the appointment I got a call from someone saying their assistant called in sick and didn't relay the appointment information. He offered to drive in from the city however I only took a half day off from work to make this appointment happen and I couldn't wait around longer as I was hoping to be looking at loan options by that time if the vehicle was a good fit for me. Very disappointing 1st and only experience with this company which was unfortunate because the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for.

Listing showed a great truck. When asked, was told it was in great shape for its age…. Turns out they didn’t wanna tell me the frame is half rusted apart, and if you hit a big pot hole it’s surely going to fold in half….. guy literally let me drive 4 hours hoping I wouldn’t notice….. don’t waste your time with these guys, overpriced BY A LONG SHOT, trying to sell rusted out turds for 20 grand like come on guys.

So I am a veteran of this business, I made a simple call on a listing on a 2001 Audi TT , after asking a few questions ,I didn't get his name, But lets call him xxxxxx, he got annoyed that I asked for a car fax, then got annoyed that I asked questions about the vehicle. Then called me names. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Bought this out of state and relied on dealer and 3rd party to give an honest assessment. Dishonest typical used car salesman. Totally misrepresented the vehicle and did not disclose it's true condition when asked directly. Then had the gall to try and blame the 3rd party inspector, and me for essentially taking them at their word. This vehicle never should have been listed for sale nor sold to anyone. I bought a pile of rust with a nice looking body around it. Every single component is covered in rust and needs replaced. The frame has giant pieces missing and is essentially corroded beyond repair. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

An elderly friend was scammed by Tab and Daniel. My friend bought a car he saw online. He spoke several times with Tab and Daniel at this dealership and asked many questions about the car. He was assured there was no rust because it had not always been in Chicago. No paint damage and no dents. He said everything worked on the car, and it was in good condition with no indicator lights on. They repeatedly said, "This is a clean car." I was with him during several of these calls and heard that myself. Once the car was delivered, I looked it over with him. The trunk switch is bad, causing the trunk open indicator light to remain on. The exhaust has rotted out, and the muffler is very loud. It is very obvious as soon as you start the car. The radio is aftermarket and was not installed properly, so the steering wheel buttons for radio AND climate control do not work. There are two different kinds of rims. Two are chrome-plated, and two are polished aluminum with different wheel cap centers, with one missing. The turn signals do not work. The hood emblem is missing. The struts have flattened out, making the car bounce quite jarringly. It's obvious as soon as you drive it. There is damage to the front bumper that was not disclosed. Finally, the ENTIRE underside of the car is RUST. There are holes rusted in both rocker panels so bad that they are pushed away from the body by half an inch or more. There is rust on both front fenders and front doors, and there is no telling what we will find when we get it on a lift. And all three previous owners lived in Illinois. SHAME on you for scamming an elderly man on a fixed income who needed a car to drive to Dialysis!

This place is a complete joke and disgrace to every serious and enthusiast buyer. For example, 2001 BMW M Coupe w 47k miles was valued from $42K (#3 condition) to $69k (#2 condition). Was originally listed on this site for $59k (a fair price based condition, color, and documentation). Then a museum condition (with Big 3 maintenance items done) Phoenix Yellow Metallic sold on CnB w/ 46k miles for $86, and they jacked their price up to that. Now it's listed for $123K?! after the market has flattened on this model. Calls inquiring went unanswered, Email condescendingly referred me back to their website. Clearly an Ego-maniac looking for clicks and vibes and not interested in selling to another enthusiast. Run for the hills!

This dealership is dishonest. They purposely avoid taking pictures of the flaws of their vehicle with the hopes of someone, biting the bait and realizing that it has flaws afterwards. The owner Khaan Tab has misled me and used vulgar language because I didn't move forward with purchasing his vehicle. I would not trust this dealership nor any of his cars at all. Professionalism costs $0. Respect costs even less. This is how they speak to potential customers. If a company talks like this when negotiating, imagine how they handle problems after payment. Steer clear and do business accordingly. @privatecollectionchicago

We declined to purchase a vehicle after viewing it and seeing 17 codes for engine misfires. They began harassing my husband by text the next day, calling him he was a piece of xxxx and a “typical Mexican”. These guys are unstable and buyers should steer clear!
