I have 60 months maintenance plan that i purchased on my

I have 60 months maintenance plan that i purchased on my 2022 Denali and it has been honored for the last 2 years until now. They somehow raised the price and charged me $83 dollars. What a rip off!!

I took my car in December 2023 for a trim to be replaced

I took my car in December 2023 for a trim to be replaced (I knew what needed to be replaced) that piece was causing a leak inside the car. I had to call back and ask for the status on the car (called and emailed). My car was left outside during the rain which caused a lot of water to enter the car. They did pick up and suck out the water (I gave a good review for effort). I waited 3 weeks for a special order part (I emailed for the status no response, but got a call the next day) only to find out when it arrived that the wrong part was order and my part was a stock item. They could not bring me my car back home so I had to uber to pick up car, then dropped it back off a week later and had to urber home and then uber again to pickup after it was fixed. Remember I have a leak so while I'm waiting for it to be fixed the car can't be driven. So, original bill was about $760 (part was $205) and my portion after all the trouble they put me through was $600. I know some individuals probably had a wonderful experience, but mine not so great. After you take off what I paid for uber the discount did not seem all that fair to me. Would I go back, I hope I don't have to.

Oil change.

Oil change. Was able to squeeze me in when I was in a bind! Stephen Shuster went above and beyond to get me in and out late on a Friday - Excellent service!!!
