Mr. Albiar kept us informed of the status of work being done on our vehicle. When we got the bill which explained the work done, we were surprised that we didn't get a sheet pointing out what the 12 point inspection found that needed to look out for in the future. Overall outstanding service. Wish you could reopen your facility here in 29 Palms. But I guess because of the covid scare, people stop scheduling work to be done at your former location here in 29 Palms. Thanks

Took 4 days to complete what was estimated at a one day repair. Tech inspection missed a cracked/broken windshield washer reservoir which was readily visible. Delays and lost communication due to Ramon being on medical leave, baton was not passed seamlessly to Roy

There sales consultant Jimmy lost them customers today.
There sales consultant Jimmy lost them customers today. I am not sure if he was having a bad day or not but little too late. I hope someone can pop his bra strap before he loses more customers. He called me and then wants to hang up on me. I thought you were a car dealership that SELLS cars. If he needs me to help him sell cars, I could come down there. However, I wasn't planning on selling a car, I was in the market to buy one. Sales rule of thumb..... A happy customer tells one person about their experience. An unhappy customer will tell everyone that will listen. Maybe Jimmy is rich and doesn't need the sale but either way tell Jimmy I will pray for him.
