Absolutely terrible service - kept my GV70 for 1 month and returned claiming fixed. It wasn’t. Called for a week no response from service manager Elizabeth. I walked over there to drop. After 1 week some part ordered. 1 week planned delay and 1 week tech schedule later Lawrence Lu says that wrong part was ordered- in 2 months in service - completely dishonest about the status, highly unresponsive. Finally, I have given hope and am going through repurchase. It may not be vehicle rather careless and incompetent service guys ruining it.

Smooth talking sales guys, who promise you the world before selling the car to you. But, after selling the car, there is absolutely no response. Terrible customer service experience. I have called more than 15 times and each time there is a new sales specialist who picks up and promises me that they will do whatever it takes to help me, but none of them get back to me.
