Chaz and his team do an amazing job keeping a great inventory of affordable vehicle options. I traded in my truck and was able to get into a nice new Subaru. No issues. Seamless process. Super friendly.

Chase was great to work with! Very kind, helpful, and didn’t pressure us at all—which is hard to find while car shopping. We really appreciated that. I would recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at Major Motors. I found exactly what I wanted, and Chaz and his team were amazing! He was extremely upfront about the vehicle I was interested in; ensuring I was aware of the vehicle history by providing a copy of the Carfax, pictures of the possible vehicle condition concern, and a video of the vehicle. I found Chaz to be extremely responsive to the possible maintenance concern, and it was very apparent to me he wanted me to be satisfied and happy with my purchase. Chaz was extremely accommodating to my request to obtain a pre-purchase inspection for the vehicle and he helped facilitate the process. Major Motors offers reasonable and extremely fair prices, and their customer service was beyond compare. They demonstrated transparency and integrity throughout the entire car buying experience, and I truly appreciated the fact they did not play the usual car dealership sales games. I would definitely do business with them again!

What a truly exceptional experience! I purchased over a year ago now and it has been the favorite car purchase of my lifetime. From first phone call to delivery, I had a very smooth experience the entire ride. I hadn’t purchased out of state before but Major Motors made it so easy. I almost didn’t reach out after seeing some negative reviews but I am glad that I did! It is clear to me now that those people did not actually do business with these people. Please don’t hesitate to give these guys a call if you have questions. I loved the video walk around they provided in their listing. Thanks again guys! Time to go for another drive.

I had a great experience with Major Motors! The cars were high quality and Chaz was personable, transparent and went out of his way to help us sort out some crazy complications (that were my fault). If I can help it, I would much rather buy a small family business instead of the typical big lot stores with xxxxxxx salesmen.

*****Buyer Beware***** Typical shady used car dealer. After calling and emailing them just to make contact I then spoke with Chaz Denton who finally wanted to disclose that all of their vehicle are Salvaged Rebuilt and have Branded titles. All of this I opted out of on during my search criteria but because this greasy xxxxxxx isn't honest and up front with advertising on Cars.com I just wasted more time and energy dealing with yet another used car loser. *****Buyers Beware*****

Your energy is misplaced. We disclose the title status of our inventory in the VERY FIRST LINE of the dealer supplied vehicle description. Our procedure is to confirm early in an inbound phone call that you had read the information we provided online, as not everybody does. I'm not sure if there is an issue with the cars.com filters, but they pull the information from our system where the title status is marked accurately. These comments could be summarized as follows: "I didn't read the provided information, but the dealership was quick to confirm I knew what I was looking at." To the savvy review-reading potential customer, I'd encourage you to review the full listing both on cars.com and our website, MajorMotors.net to determine if we're the shady greaseballs we've been accused to be. <3/ Chaz

Chaz Denton is not a good sales person. I found that Chaz/dealer to be deceptive in pricing, short, dismissive and un professional to sincere people inquiring about their vehicles. Maybe his cars a good if you can get through without being belittled or blocked when you start asking questions. Hopefully with feedback like this those things will change. It seems we weren’t the only ones with this experience.

We did disengage from an online conversation with this individual after a deliberate lowball offer was followed by combative questioning. This conversation lasted under 20 minutes and was terminated when we were threatened with a bad review if we don't lower our price. It's difficult to believe that there isn't anything we can do about this, but at least they kept their word?

Hi, Frank. I have a dated email response to you from our team on the same day that you inquired about our pickup. It is possible our response ended up in a spam folder. Unfortunately with "email only" leads where we are only provided an email address by the customer, there is no other way to attempt to contact you.
