Porsche Long Beach

A big gap between sales price and what was offered for my trade in. No deal!

I purchased a CPO Taycan from them in August, and paid $3,800 for an extra year's warranty (CPO +1). I was assured at the time that this was refundable if I chose not to keep the car and requested a refund before the warranty period started. I decided to trade the car to another dealership on a different unit (just a few weeks later), and promptly requested the refund of the $3,800. I have had great difficulty getting anyone at the dealership to respond, and when I do I've gotten only excuses for why the refund has not been made. Mostly my phone calls and emails have gone un responded to. I have had to escalate this issue to Porsche Cars NA for resolution. I would advise buyers to beware of any promises made during the sales process as this dealership seems uninterested in providing service after the sale and had not kept its promise to me.

The Staff at Porsche Long Beach replied promptly and answered all the questions that I needed answered. Maybe I'll have a chance to do business there another time.

This is my fifth Porsche vehicle purchased and my first at Long Beach Porsche. They honored the deal made before hand without amy surprises. Josh in Sales, Harpreet in Finance, and technical support with Evan all handled the sale with professionalism and made the transaction stress free.

I bought a Porsche from out of state a couple years ago and had the worse experience. I found myself buying another Porsche out of state and the result was dramatically different. Edgardo was responsive to my phone calls and emails and followed up throughout the process. I couldn't recommend him enough to other out of state buyers, excellent service.

Although I haven't purchased a vehicle from them yet, they've been extremely responsive and professional.

I just completed the purchase of my fourth Porsche from Porsche Long Beach. There are two other Porsche dealerships much closer to my home in Newport Beach, but the ride up PCH is well worth the benefits of working with PLB, namely the knowledge and professionalism of the sales team (David M. and Edgardo M. were fantastic to work with and seemed as excited about the new car as I am). The finance process (which is often tedious) was the best yet in the hands of Harpreet S. Overall, I believe that PLB offers better value in terms of new car selling price and trade-in value than other regional dealerships. My service advisor is Domenick M. who arranges same-day routine maintenance so I don’t have to bother with a loaner car is great to work with as well. My experience with PLB has been consistently excellent over the past few years and I will be returning when I purchase my next Porsche.
