Train your finance workers

Salesman was wonderful. Had the car ready when we pulled up since I had already called the day before about a specific vehicle. He explained everything thoroughly. Finance paperwork was a disaster. It took a week to get a corrected title.

Good experience

I had a good experience at Capital Hyundai in Montgomery. The sales people were nice. The inventory was large. I left with what I came for.

Ice Cold❄️

This is a car that can go toe to toe with the BMW 5 series. The Beamer is cool but this G80 is ice cold.

Best car buying experience I have ever had

I had been told by several people not to shop at this dealership because "they would not work with me"; however, I did not want to travel an hour away to shop, so I went into Capitol Hyundai. Immediately, I felt at home and actually enjoyed shopping for my new car. I even joked that I wouldn't mind working there because the people were so pleasant. I found Herman, the saleperson, to be extremely knowledgeable about each and every car on the lot, even the ones that had just come in. I never felt pressured to purchase something I did not want or could not afford. I even asked about a smaller car price while we were working on the paper work for the car I actually purchased. He told me how much that car would cost and explained that it had more options than my car. I looked at so many cars with so many options that I got confused, but Herman was right on top of everything and was so very patient with me. The day after delivery, I had some questions and called Herman. He answered all of my questions. This is the only time I have actually enjoyed my car buying experience.

Kindest and Patient Dealership of the Year

Time is variable for everyone. She covered the vehicle from A to Z from the time she walked on the lot to the delivery of the truck. She took the truck back to get extra spots off the vehicle. Full of Gas, gave a loaner car over the week end . Never showed any way of having an impatient attitude. Was professional and kind and understanding in every way.

Satisfied

Pros: Salesman wasn't too much like a vulture, pretty down to earth and not aggressive. Feel like I got a pretty good deal, I know they still made money off me but not enough to make me feel scammed. Love the car I got, looks more luxurious than what most would expect from a Hyundai. Great warranty. Con: I was a little displeased when the salesman told me an incorrect Out-the-door price while I was on a test drive and I ended up with a little higher price. Still feel like I left without getting too bad of a deal though. My headliner came loose in a spot above the window around 500 miles in, taking it to the dealership to get fixed this weekend. Hyundai still has a bad name with some people from long ago, so people might think negatively of your vehicle out of ignorance. Overall. I'm happy with my purchase and have no regrets so far. 2016 Genesis Coupe R-Spec 3.8

Very Professional

The people at the dealership were very professional and offered something to eat and drink while waiting. They showed me different features of the vehicle and explained warranties and extended warranties.
