Our 4Runner has been serviced there ever since we purchased it. Manny is our current service lead and is excellent. The service is always transparent, efficient quick and fair. There is a real personal touch.

Very happy with the Service Department. Went in for new tires and when they ran diagnostic tests they discovered a problem with rats attaching my engine block unbeknownst to me. Caught it before the nasty rodents did additional damage, like chewing through wires. That’s excellent Custom Service from the Service Department. I’ll definitely go back to Alexandria Toyota in Virginia!.

Mohammad Jabir is absolutely fabulous and the best service rep. He's exceptionally knowledgeable, proactive, responsive, cost conscious, customer oriented, puts in an unbelievable amount of hours - so he always seems to be there, and is always cheerful and a pleasure to work with. He's the reason I drive over 70 miles to just to have my oil changed when that's all my car needs. And needless to say the only person I take my car to when it needs more than an oil change.

John N is a snitch and can't back his remarks. Had a deal well worked out. Walks in the back office and tells that I use a broker while im signing.

I had a great experience with Alexandria Toyota on my recent new car purchase. The car that I wanted was in transit. Marco Trigoso from sales helped secure the vehicle and kept me informed of the vehicle status as it worked its way to the dealership. Marco called when the car arrived two weeks later and I went to pick it up. I met with Imad Alkadi , Finance Manager. Imad was great. Explained everything in detail, answered all my questions. I signed a few documents and out the door. The car was ready out front. I think the whole process was about two hours. This was a low stress process and transparent with numbers and paperwork. I recently purchased my second vehicle from Alexandria Toyota. The salesman was very straightforward and help me get through the process quickly; he made sure I knew what to expect. Plenty of cars to chose from and I purchased my dream car.

Jenny has been my service rep over the years for my 2005 Prius and now my 2022 Prius. I always wait for my car and she keeps me up-to-date as to the time it will be ready. She always tells me what to expect as she hears from the mechanic and then reviews the final read out so I can anticipate when my brakes, tires, etc. will need attention. She is knowledgeable and always pleasant.

Mr. Leonel Munoz had been my service representative for years. He had done a remarkable job keeping me well-informed of the time frame my vehicle will be completed. Such extraordinary customer service skills. He is definitely due for some type of incentive. Kudos to a job well done.
