These guys and gals are the real deal in understanding your needs and getting you into a new or used automobile. My salesman, Joshua, is a great guy. No pressure, made sure my needs were met. And genuinely polite... you can't fake that in my book. I'd do business with them in a heartbeat.

We leased our Hummer EV SUV today and we couldn’t be

We leased our Hummer EV SUV today and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! Our salesperson, Oge, was absolutely the best. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure we were completely comfortable with the payment and truly happy with the deal. What really impressed us was how hard Oge worked behind the scenes to make everything comes together. He was determined to get us a payment we were comfortable with, and he didn’t stop until we were completely happy. You could tell he truly cared about us as customers, not just about making a sale. That level of dedication is rare and it meant so much to us. Oge was also extremely patient throughout the process. He listened carefully to all of our questions and concerns, paid close attention to the details we cared about, and always explained everything clearly. We never felt rushed or pressured, and instead felt supported every step of the way. He kept us updated so we always knew what was happening, which made the whole process stress free. Oge is such a professional but also very personable he connects with his customers in a way that makes the whole process enjoyable. He made us feel comfortable right away, and it was clear he really wanted us to drive away not just with any car, but with the Right car and the Right deal. His effort and dedication showed in everything he did. If you’re looking for someone who will fight to get you the best deal, treat you with respect, and make you feel like more than just another customer, ask for Oge. He is your guy! John was very helpful in obtaining my reward points. Saved me some money.,waiting area was very clean , restrooms were clean also, free coffee was a nice treat while waiting.

Our rear brakes on our Silverado pickup needed to be

Our rear brakes on our Silverado pickup needed to be fixed. We received rotors and pads. The work was completed within 24 hours and the brakes work very well.

We went to and were contacted by this Authorized

We went to and were contacted by this Authorized dealership via the Costco Auto Program. Salesperson and manager acted as if they were unaware of the program Then we asked to have dealer print the Costco Member Only Price Sheet, Salesman indicated that mfr rebates not to be combined with Costco program. We pointed out, as indicated in BOLD, that we are entitled to applicable mfr rebates and incentives and special financing, and dealer installed items or addendums are included. Salesperson was not knowledgeable about the vehicle. Salesman and manager kept trying to exclude rebates, and would not itemize rebates on paperwork. Finally, after purchasing vehicle, salesman was not able to help me in the personalization/set up of car. When I asked how to check oil %, he was looking on his phone for help. When asked about memory seating, he recommended that I set it up each time between drivers 1 and 2. When I went home it was still in Demonstration Mode. I called OnStar next day for help. We would not have continued with this dealership, if not for the Costco Auto Program.
