The sales rep ability to draw me deeper into the two vehicles was intriguing. Her reasoning skills backed by the knowledge of the products is second to none. I have been searching but now i have stopped .My purchases moving forward is here, my friends and clients will go here as well. The purchase was ..... A COMFORTABLE experience.
I arrived late, the truck I had called about was waiting for me; I asked to see a different one. No problem! I especially loved the amount of data provided me. Features of the truck that made it a good buy. Then on top of all that, the DISCOUNTS really were terrific. I like to make knowledgeable decisions. I believe that is what I did. The truck is wonderful. My son might go there too!

Honest dedication salesman
My husband I purchased a Chrysler 300 .Herbie McQuay was our salesman. Herbie went out of his way to get us approved. Worked on his day off, met us half way to sign papers and get the car. Herbie took the time to answer our questions via text or by phone. Herbie was honest and straightforward, there was no false hopes, lies or trying to sale us a car we did not want. I admit I almost gave up hope on getting approved for the car we wanted. I was dreading the buying process due to if you dont have good credit its usualy the situation where the Sales person will tell you No but you can have this junker instead or you have to put half down.Well not this time. THANKS TO HERBIE. this has been the best car buying experience we have had in our entire lives. If you are looking for a car, I reccomend calling Elk Grove Chrysler's Jeep and ask for Herbie McQuay. Thank you do much.

Rude unprofessional finance personnel
I came to this dealer to purchase a new 2019 Ram truck. The deal for the price was good and I was ready to purchase. Then came the paper works with the finance guy, Amarquez. From the start he seem very impatient because he was trying to sell me more products that I didn’t need and I declined the offers from the start. I was told there’s a $1k discount if I owned a gmc truck. I did owned one. He asked for gmc truck proof in which I showed to him. He took a look at the paper and told me it’s a van not a truck. I told him it’s a truck not a van. I owned a commercial truck. Without letting me showed to him or explain, he got upset and told me I was wasting his time. Thus, the deal was off, he then quickly gathered all my paperwork (with my personal info and my check that I had to pay for the new car) away . I then asked him to give my check back because it’s in the that files of his. He took it out and gave to me. Once I got my check back, I got up and walk out from his room to go home. As I was walking he called me back and wanted to look at my check (I have a business check with my business name and address on it) he looked at it and said “ok, so this is where you work.” And he walked off. What is that supposed to mean?!?! I am extremely shocked of the unprofessional customer service of his. Saying I’m wasting his time is already enough let alone his last statement was unacceptable.

Tom price was the sales men at Elk Grove dodge. In California. The guy made my car buying experience smooth and easy! Everyone at the dealer was super friendly and professional. I would be definitely be coming back to purchase another new vehicle from them!

Tried to upcharge me & Unprofessional customer service
Finally found a truck that I was ready to purchase. Being that I do not live close, I requested that the price including taxes and fees be finalized over the phone. I didn’t want to drive all the way out to the dealership if we could not settle on a price that I could afford. The salesperson wrote up the truck price including taxes and fees. Everything looked good so I drove out to the dealership to finish the paperwork and pick up the truck. Upon completing the paperwork, the salesperson tried to charge me $5,000 more than the agreed upon price. After much negotiation, the dealership finally agreed on the originally quoted price. I bought the truck and was then informed that they only had one key and would need to mail me the second key that Monday. Two weeks passed and I never received my key. I tried getting in touch with someone for a week; however, no one would call me back or help me with my situation. I finally got in touch with a receptionist, Sonia, and was put on hold while I was in the middle of explaining what has transpired. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I then got transferred to a manager who said he would provide me with a second key if I was willing to drive all the way out to Elk Grove. So much hassle with the truck price and second key.
