Pleasant experience

We came to the dealership just to look as we were visiting the area Found a great deal with the help of Travis. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. All staff were helpful and patient as we had five little children with us through the closing.

Falsely informed

In late January of this year me and my fiancé were in the looks for a new vehicle because our previous vehicle went through the lemon law process. Our hopes were high, we found the car he wanted which was the 2018 Dodge Charger scatpak which was great. We sit down and they tell us In order for us to get approved the company that would finance us said we need to have clear bra on the vehicle as well as ding dent coverage “to make sure we protect our investment” and Stanley Simpson also known as “the man” and cowboy informed us that the ding and dent coverage comes with protection for the tires/wheels, replacement of key, dents and dings to the vehicle however that was incorrect. I called today to get my clear bra replaced and my wheel replaced because it has some scratches and I was informed that there were two different ding and dent coverages however we don’t have the one that covers our wheels. So I get on the phone with Stanley and he acknowledged that he stated that he said we had the ding and dents that covered everything however “that didn’t fall through” and that it was disclosed when we signed which is inaccurate. We were never informed that there were two different types of dings and dents. It was explained to us as if it was one thing I am very upset and I feel lied to so they could have an extra come up on a deal. Never coming here again

Huge trucks selection but horrible customer service

If you are planning buying a car please save yourself time and a bad experience don’t ask for Victor Macias! . Horrible service lock of personality .

Great Experience.

Great Dealership and staff. I just purchased a Ram truck from Victor Macias and he made my truck buying experience awesome. I highly recommend Victor to anyone whos looking to purchase a vehicle there.

Awesome!! Love this dealership.

I drove 250 miles to come to this dealership and was a little worried it would be a burn. What a nice surprise to find a well run dealership. Felt right at home and in no time Met Travis McDonald a guru of trucks. Any and all questions he knew the answer lifting, tires and other option no guessing had the answer. Elk Grove Dodge my new favorite. Highly recommend this place for price and selection. There is a reason they are Number 1. Ask for Travis if your buying a truck.

Unfair trade in practices

Lasher sales manager using deceptive practices to get you into dealership! Would not honor email offer on trade! Sales person, Phil Gibson gets a 10 rating , sales manager Zoobee gets a big fat (0)!!!!!!

A pleasurable experience .

Horrible customer service

I purchased my 2015 Dodge grand caravan from this location in 2015. I take my Dodge caravan to this location in for it normal maintenance. Om my last visit to this location and was told my 2015 needed a new transmission when it wasn't mentioned to me at my last servicing 4 months prior. I asked the service rep to explain whats going on with my van and he says " Do you know anything about cars" I was advised to pay the 6700$ or take my car elsewhere. I have never recieved such horrible customer service in my life. I will not recommend this location to anyone!

new truck purchase
