BUYER BEWARE!!! ABSOLUTE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Currently, I am still waiting for the title /registration for a car I purchased on 3 October 2025 (164+ days ago a/o this review)! Auto Boom's admin office personnel told me on multiple occasions over text and 40+ emails that the title was requested and sent, but the lienholder never received it. I had to get management involved and they told me it should be resolved by 8 February. My lienholder still does not have the title and I am still unable to get my car registered in my state. My 2nd temporary plates are about to expire meaning I will be driving the car with invalid registration. I requested a 3rd set of temporary plates but still waiting to receive that. The dealership attributed it to admin paperwork problems between the state it was originally registered in to send it to AZ then they would send it to the central titling agency they use. The fact that they didn't even have the title in hand before they sold it to me seems like a questionable business practice. On a side note, but related to my experience, the sales process was okay, but the dealership misrepresented several vehicle options on their website and on the dealer stickers they provided me. Although they did agree to provide some compensation for these discrepancies and I ended up purchasing some of the options as a retrofit (costing me more $ out of pocket). The vehicle shipment was delayed several weeks due to various reasons, poor communication, and a constant change in their projected delivery dates. When the vehicle finally arrived, the gas tank was almost empty. I read reviews about this business after the fact and I wish I had done a better job of researching beforehand. Auto Boom needs to do a major assessment of their customer service, particularly after the sale is made. I can't even count how many emails and phone calls went unanswered/without follow-up. This place needs to do much better!

Contacted this dealership three times to find out if a car was still for sale not even the decency of a email let alone a phone call not sure how this dealership is able to sell cars if they don’t reply to people. No big deal I will take my business elsewhere

If I could give 10 stars I would! I did not go in to buy a high end car (trust me, they have some amazing ones!) but they treated me with the respect that I may have well been buying one. They weren’t pushy at all and unbelievably helpful. Jake, Chase, and Dusty were very helpful and made the experience great. Knox was my hero through it all, my situation needed some time and attention and he was not there the whole way but battled for me and gave me advice throughout. If I ever win the lottery, I would go in just to buy one of their high end cars as a thank you alone, much less the fact that their inventory is incredible!

I purchased a C8 convertible about 1 1/2 years ago from Autoboom. They were clear about price and doc fee. I purchased a 3-year warranty which I never do, but the price was right and I've used it 2x for small issues and every mechanic accepted the warranty. I would purchase from this dealership again and likely will.

Outstanding experience test drive and leaving with the vehicle, took less than an hour. Sales and management were very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend the team at Auto boom.

Absolutely Ghastly customer service. I went in a month ago to see a Lamborghini Gallardo. The sales guy seemed new and not very knowledgeable of the car. No worries, happens. Did not ask for a test drive because i did not want to seem like a tire kicker. I wanted to show the dealership i was serious about purchasing the car, but wanted to talk to someone and get more information. Maybe a little more enthusiasm and friendly warm demeanor would have been so much better. My lady and i were just escorting around the place with absolutely no enthusiasm or desire. Asked the sales guy to contact me when he had information of clutch ware, and if he dug up any service records. Said he would, but never called. I had to ask him for his card, he never even bothered to take my info down. No problem though, we all have off days. I called the next day and spoke to another gentleman, did not have answers to my questions either, but was nice and told me they were swamped. Said he would get back to me with that info in 24 hours. That did not happen. After a few weeks i decided to write to the CEO Jeremy letting him know of the customer service and how they lost a potential sale. Guess he could not be bothered as well as i have not received a call or reply back. Dunno why, maybe it was the color of my skin, maybe they did not like my face or maybe they just did not care in general. Thats pretty sad for someone trying to do business especially in high end cars. No hard feelings, just disappointed that i was treated this way. A rental company would treat me much better, and i was here looking at buying a 100k car. Do with this review as you must this has been my honest experience and review. Again, i have no hard feelings, this was just a very special and monumental occasion for me to be able to finally buy one of my dream cars. I was looking forward to the experience, as much as the purchase. But alas, it was not meant to be.

I would not recommend Auto boom my experience with them has let me with doubt about any salesperson. I purchased my car online and when I received the car I immediately had to go it service. Zach my salesperson informed me that he was going to waive my delivery fee and he did not he also gave me the run a round when it came to foot the service bill but it was under warranty and the dealership near me took care of it.

A little delayed in writing this review, but had to do it. I went to look at a vehicle in November 2023. Took it for a test drive and loved it. Unfortunately it turned out to be out of my range financially, but the dealership and it's Employees were top class. They didn't try to pressure me or undermine me, they simply tried their best to get me the lowest possible price, while offering me a very fair value for my trade-in ... for which I was really impressed with and Thankful for. Great job All!
