This dealership uses deceptive business practices. I have sent many letters to rectify why I am paying $29 thousand on a Defective Bronco that couldnt be fixed. Yes they put me in a different car but also New contract adding on $29 thousand for Bronco

Ed Napleton uses DECEPTION when doing business. I have written letters to Ed Napleton, made appointments to straighten out problems and am financial hardship after Buying a Defective Bronco and having it taken to replace with another vehicle. No Response from Ed Napleton Group. Also BBB..29 thousand put on contract for replacement vehicle. Lost everything from Bronco, trade in, 13 thousand cash down, and 6 months of payments $815. New contract has the additional 29 thousand left for Me to pay on JUNK DEFECTIVE BRONCO. I have fought about this since day of New contract and they know this practice is wrong except they get away with Screwing the Customers.Wrote letters to hear nothing. Locked out of my Ford account due to Dealership making false information changes to contract.,except when working with technical support, they got into my account except it was someone else’s account. Fraud is handling that situation except I still can’t get to my account. After 10 1/2 hours I either had to sign Deceptive documents or walk away losing Everything and a car.
