Koster at Full Throttle was very thorough and worked around my schedule for the new truck

Our sons ‘04 Tahoe was a great first vehicle and gave him over 300k, but when it came abruptly to its end of life, we were scrambling trying to find him something safe and reasonably priced. After searching cars.com we saw a few listings that seemed like good prospects at Full Throttle. We took the road trip up and it has been well worth it. They had a large selection of trucks giving us a lot of options to consider. The guys there listened to exactly what we were looking for, explained their warranty policy right up front, answered any questions we had. The bonus was our schedules were a nightmare and we were over an hour away but Baker came through in a big way for us making sure every detail was taken care of and made it work around our schedule so that we could finalize everything and bring our “new” Chevy home. Top notch all the way around. They really make a used truck purchase feel like a brand new truck purchase experience. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed!! We will definitely be back!

They never responded to my request for information, so I never heard if the truck was still for sales or not! If the truck is still available, I certainly won't know via email!

LEMONS, LEMONS, LEMONS. PURCHASED $13k WORTH OF ISSUES (damaged cylinder heads, faulty water pump, manifolds, driveline repair needed, engine repair, etc). Both Koster and Baker are very nice, but at the end of the day that is their job and the way they make their money. Do not be fooled, that's how car salesman roll. Koster seems to be plenty more understanding and wanting to make things right. He unfortunately isn't able to make the final decisions, I'm sure he would've made this right. Great guy. Purchased 11 weeks ago. Ongoing issues since. Bought a 2012 Ram, which had ticking issues and leaks. Promised they'd be fixed. We live 75 minutes away. Took it to them; they had the vehicle for four days and nothing was successfully performed. Told me after having it that they aren't a full auto repair shop which is fine but why put on that you can fix the issues if you genuinely can't? Their mechanics are not well equipped. Got it back without a tire nut. Told us they didn't want to do the job, just wait until the warranty starts which Rodney from their financial side of things (Prime Wheels), said we had to purchase or the loan from Westlake would be denied to us. $2,750 Extra. We did it as we were in desperate need for a vehicle and didn't want to be denied. But what good does it do when when the chop shop mechanics from Full Throttle use cheap, off brand parts; drilled holes in the engine block, etc. Now the warranty is void and won't pull through on covering these expensive parts because they were botched by the "mechanics" at Full Throttle and off brand parts were used. Baker wants to have the truck serviced by them to "fix" the issues. 13k worth of issues? The truck was 10.5k. They also admit they aren't a full service shop. Why would I trust they'd do decent work with ALSO prior damage done to the vehicle BY them? Despite the good reviews, DO NOT BOTHER. You will be given empty promises and out tons of money. Very disappointed in these guys, had such high hopes. Spend your money at an honest certified dealer. Look at the reviews.. Each purchase should be entitled to ONE review, not doubling up the reviews by each family member giving a review of the same vehicle / experience. Unfair balance of reviews. Note: Most of the Google reviewers who've rated them have ONLY rated them. Makes you think. Rant over. Wish these guys the best despite completely putting me in a financial hardship and betraying my kindness and trust for money. I wish they just said there were better vehicles and were honest about how horrible this vehicle was. At a total loss. Glad they pulled a win through it all, hope it was worth it..

Just purchased 2012 Ridgeline. Both Koster and Baker were extremely helpful. Everything was great. Would buy from them again. If you're looking for a vehicle come see them.

Just completed my transaction at Full Throttle which consisted of returning the truck that was paid for, in full, two months ago. For those two months, Baker kept telling us that he couldn't get the title for the truck, therefore it could not be registered. We were issued a dealer plate and told several times, "next week." So, despite paying the full asking price, no bickering, with all fees and the extended warranty, we were reluctant to drive the vehicle more than to work and back. With the assurance of Baker, aftermarket accessories were purchased for the truck at an expense that I now have to bear with no truck to install them on. I'd like to believe that it was truly a titling issue and that the dealership will reach out as soon as they get the title to offer the truck back to us, maybe at a discount for the troubles but, from day one he told us he had bought the truck at auction for another customer so maybe that's where it's now headed. I'm sure there are many happy customers of Full Throttle but this was my experience.
