Car salesmen and professional xxxxxxxx artists. Baker Albaz and Koster are simply not men of their word. My company purchased a uses 2020 Promaster from them. Drove it home to Maine and lost the transmission. They had it towed back to CT for a "new transmission". A lot of broken promises and month or so later, I went back to get the van. Which now has a "it's a "new" remanufactured transmission". Ok we get past that and now I need the paperwork for this transmission, because it "according to Baker" has a 2 year warranty and "i can take it to any dealer". Now two weeks later. They have sent some random invoice from their dodge dealer. With no serial numbers, no proof that transmission was ever actually installed in my van. And they now refuse to provide anything else. Now they say the dealer warranties the transmission to them for 2 years. The story keeps changing. So now we will get the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicle's and the Attorney Generals office involved and see what shakes out. If everything was above board they would have no issue with providing all paperwork and standing behind their workmanship. Adham Hamideh you should be ashamed of allowing your management to treat people in this manner.

I recently bought a vehicle from Full Throttle Powersports in South Windsor, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked through the doors and saw the car I had been wanting for years, the staff treated me with genuine respect and enthusiasm. Koster Rivera and Baker Albaz weren’t just trying to make a sale (they really didn’t have to; I was already hooked); they were focused on helping me find the right ride for my needs.  Koster and Baker were incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions without pressure or upselling. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and refreshingly straightforward. He walked me through every step, making sure I was comfortable and informed the whole time.   The car I purchased has exceeded my expectations in every way - performance, condition, and value. It’s clear that Full Throttle Powersports takes pride in offering top-quality vehicles and stands behind what they sell. If you’re in the market for a new ride and want a no-nonsense, high-quality buying experience with people who actually care, I highly recommend checking out Full Throttle Powersports. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next upgrade.  When you go in to buy your next vehicle or to go look around, tell Koster and Baker I said hello.  Oh yeah - I ended up buying a 2022 Dodge Durango SRT 392 - Destroyer Grey! Beautiful vehicle. Be well - K&D

Purchased a used truck from Full Throttle. During test drive, I identified numerous items to be fixed. As part of the agreement, they agreed to fix all and stated all were fixed. The AC on the passenger side is not working and continues to not work despite them assuring me they fixed it. I reached out to Baker and received no response. There were numerous delays with delivery with very poor communication. Complaint filed with BBB. Do NOT recommend.

I recently purchased a used 2015 Toyota 4Runner from Full Throttle PowerSports. Overall, the experience was mixed but worth sharing for others considering buying from this dealership. Pros:
The sales team was friendly and low-pressure, which made browsing their inventory feel relaxed and comfortable. If you're someone who doesn't like being hounded by pushy sales tactics, this is a good place to go. They also have a unique and interesting selection of vehicles on the lot. Baker from the dealership stood out for being especially fair and reasonable when post-purchase issues arose. Suggestions & Cautions:
While the customer service was pleasant, I didn’t receive much detailed information about the vehicle itself, so I highly recommend doing your own research before heading in. Be prepared with questions and know the car’s background in advance. Communication-wise, skip the online chat and email—neither worked well for me. Calling the dealership directly is the best way to get a timely and clear response. I did run into some problems shortly after bringing the vehicle home, including needed repairs that continued over a few visits. Thankfully, Baker was helpful in resolving things fairly, but I can’t recommend their service department based on my experience. One big red flag came during financing. Rodney, who handles that side (under Prime Wheels), insisted I had to purchase a two-year warranty—costing nearly $3,000—or my loan through Westlake would be denied. This is absolutely not true; I’ve been approved by Westlake at other dealerships without being forced into buying a warranty. I felt pressured, and while he did lower the cost to fit my budget, I only agreed out of desperation and convenience. Bottom Line:
If you're looking for a no-pressure buying environment with a cool selection of cars, Full Throttle is worth a visit—but do your homework ahead of time, be cautious during financing, and don’t rely on their service department.

One star because nobody got back to my inquiry. Couldn't do any business with the company. From the price of the h2 hummer I was looking at an mileage, it makes me think the company may be fraudulent.

Would be nice if they replied to your email about a vehicle, Sent about 4 messages but no replies! I'm almost 2 hours away so just looking to get as much information as possible. Easier to email because then you have writen information to look back at in case you forget to write something down. Really wish they would reply!!!!

Everyone at the dealership are very sociable and seem genuine and respectful. I did in this review suggest buying from this dealership, and I would like to leave 5 stars. But I did 3 stars because I want to believe they didn’t know my trucks issue's. And maybe will have some integrity with my issues with truck. First, remember these are used vehicles, and some with high mileage like the truck I purchased. And warranties don’t cover much. In the past I never had serious issues with my high mileage tundras or Toyota. Why I purchased this one (didn’t really scare me). This truck changed my good run with my high mileage Tundras though. One week into owning this truck I needed control arms installed $2000. (Rusted solid, and could not preform alignment without them). It appears because they were so difficult to replace that wheel bearings were compromised trying to get out the control arms. A loud growling noise in front developed days after arms installed, I will be needing to replace these ASAP. And just two days ago i discovered a peanut butter sludge under my oil cap, possibly going to be a Catastrophic event. Doesn’t affect how the truck runs, YET. ———- I am hoping after writing this review, possibly the dealership could work with me with repair cost? Otherwise this truck turned out to be a huge financial mistake.
