Clean and safe. Attentive associates. Being able to text to set up my appointment was convenient. Via text, I was given a 10am time slot, then received a call from angel, he said my appointment was at 10:15am and to ask for him when I got there. When I arrived, I was checked in and shown to angel. It seemed like he wasn’t expecting me then said the system said my appointment was at 7am and I was assigned to Nathan. Either way, I was taken care of and I’ll come back

Grace in sales is Fantastic! We had bought a crosstrek from her a few weeks ago. We went on a test drive and when we got back she showed us all of the new features of the car, since we have a 2018 crosstrek, all of the new technology and safety features are great. Subaru has definitely gone a long way with their new vehicles! Grace is super sweet and made our car buying experience haggle and stress free, she was upfront and honest about the entire process, which my husband and I appreciate! It only took about 10 minutes to go into finance and our finance person, marcelous, was spectacular! He explained to us all of the papers we were signing, as well as the warranties. We were only at the dealership for about 3 hours total. If you decide to buy a car from this dealership, Grace in sales and Marcellous in finance were amazing and will be the reason I come back for my next car.
