I was having issues with my outback wilderness, and my super dealership (not to be named) did not seem to have any interest in helping me find a solution. I then took it to Cavender to see what they would do. Everyone from the service department to sales worked together to make it right even though I didn't buy the vehicle from them.. That's dealership integrity

Short and sweet, second time I went there, second time

Short and sweet, second time I went there, second time not happy. 1st time, car went from 37k when looking and driving, to 42K when wrote up paperwork with a 1,500.00 diamond package on it that I didn't ask for and was never explained what it was plus another 600-700 add on. Next time, trying to work with what was a nice salesman, only to have another keep blowing up my phone with calls. I will never go back on the lot again.

Yes I spoke with him, can only hope that he truly works on the issues they have there. I was really looking forward to purchasing a Subaru there but not going to happen now.
