My experience was great.

My experience was great. The receptionist and two gentlemen that helped me were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They got me in a new car and out of there in less than the time I expected. This is the third car I bought from Southpoint Honda and I will come back for my next car. I highly recommend Southpoint Honda to anyone.

Management tells its service advisors to lie to customers. Grossly overpriced in comparison to other Honda dealerships in the area cold, uninviting atmosphere.

Frontline sales staff and management are awesome. Final paperwork guy was snarky when he couldn’t sell additional warranty otherwise it would’ve been 5 stars.
