So sad, wrote a review that was negative and funny, they are not posting it. Another sad example of poor salesmanship. Take that Honda and stick it

Wow, talk about bait and switch. Phoned ahead to make sure they were open since it was Sunday 9/27/26, and that the used car we talked about earlier was still available. It is the only day off so time is very important. We were assured the car was there and ready to go if we decided on purchasing it. When we arrived we met With John, one of the managers, whom my wife had already discussed the vehicle in question, price condition etc. He told us that he would have someone bring the car up so we could take it for a ride. While we were waiting, we asked John for additional information on NEW models Honda CRV’s so we could compare pricing to the 2025 used model we were waiting on. One of the salesmen who was supposedly getting the car walked around the lot looking for the car, all along knowing that we were not even going to be able to drive the car because we learned that another salesman had lost the key. He was fired. John, the manager came out and gave us the quotes on NEW CRV’s and proceeded to make us believe that they were still searching for the car that we came to drive and potentially purchase. After 15 minutes of FAKE searching, we were told that they lost the key and had to make one. They knew it all along, that is the disturbing part of this. Well they finally had to tell us the truth because we were getting frustrated waiting for a car we had called ahead on. After coming clean with us, I had to just walk away before I said something my wife would not have liked. Well they finally located the car. As I sat in my car trying to rid the frustration, the car found happened to be unlocked, to my wife and the Salesman surprise. At that time the manager John had walked over to them and was as surprised, because my wife decided to hit the start button, amazingly the car started. The look on their faces were priceless. The key was in the car, the previous salesman was fired. Nobody checked the car for the keys. As much as we wanted that car, I would NEVER go back to that scamming dealership. We went back to Toyota and wrote a check for the NEW RAV4. 10k more than we wanted to spend but he had a 20 year relationship with them. Bait and switch at its best. We feel sorry for the fired salesman. All they had to do is look in the car for the keys. Salesman job saved, one used car sold on a Sunday. I will certainly be spreading the word on the hustle. Thanks for wasting half our day John. If you are not honest, it will come back and bite you in the ask.

I purchased a brand-new 2026 Honda CR-V Platinum White Pearl from Southpoint Honda, and the vehicle is only about 7 months old. I recently discovered paint peeling/paint loss in multiple locations on the vehicle. I brought the vehicle back to Southpoint Honda expecting the dealership to properly inspect the issue and assist with a warranty claim. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the response. Rather than taking ownership of the issue and working with me to determine whether this could be a factory paint/material/workmanship defect, I was directed to contact Honda Corporate. One of the affected areas has never been touched up or repaired, and I provided/was prepared to provide photographs showing the original condition. I understand that the dealership may need Honda Corporate approval for certain warranty decisions, but I expected much better customer service and assistance from the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. For an 7 month-old vehicle with paint problems in multiple locations, I expected the dealership to investigate the issue thoroughly and advocate for its customer. Bought a Honda Pilot June 19th, now can't get anyone from finance on the phone to resolve a problem with thw contract. There is no direct way to contact them either ... No phone, no email. Always have to be transferred and they never answer the phone. You are a low priority after you buy the car.
