Excellent!
Excellent! Our buying experience couldn't have been any better! We are Very pleased how everything went so smoothly. Our salesman Douglas Webb made us feel comfortable. He took his time with us and knew everything about the new vehicles we were looking at. There wasn't one question he couldn't answer. He made our car buying experience easy.

This was a $1600 brake repair job on a 2006 Ford Escape.
This was a $1600 brake repair job on a 2006 Ford Escape. The car was returned after repairs and and the brakes was all the way to the floor. No Brake. The brake reservoir was empty, no refill of brake fluid in reservoir. We called and was informed to put in brake fluid. We did that and the brakes were still to the floor and air could be heard in the brake line. Shame on Art Hill Ford.

On 6/22/2023 my 2016 Ford Explorer (purchased from Art Hill & Serviced there since) was brought in due to a leak of coolant. It was determined to be the Ford Motor Company water pump issue which I agreed to the repair without complaint. After the repair the AC was not charged or working and the front passenger CV Axel was leaking oil when they removed it and tore the boot. It took four trips back to get things fixed and things are still not fixed, like broke clips, missing screws and clips. The forgot to put an air flow cover back on under the motor, a large metal part they found laying on the floor after I found it missing. This after I paid $3,00 for the faulty water pump, that was $2,220 in labor, the rest in parts.

Had an excellent buying experience at Art Hill Ford with Borce Nikolov. Borce was extremely transparent during the entire process and was patient enough to go through a decent selection of inventory to help us make the right buying decision to meet our needs. Unlike other salesman, Borce did not come across as pushy and had a sales philosophy focused on relationship building versus hardselling uncessarcy add-ons that we were not interested in. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a Ford/Lincoln/Mazda in the Northwest Indiana region to Art Hill Ford and especially to work with Borce Nikolov.

I ordered my car about 2.
I ordered my car about 2.5 months before receiving it. This is the first time I’ve ever ‘ordered’ a car so Skip helped me select features that would benefit. During the cars construction phase, I received updates from my salesman, Skip S, along with email updates from Ford on the construction status. From soup to nuts, this was an incredibly smooth experience and one I recommend. Ask for Skip S., he knows his stuff!!

Unprofessional, lied in a text message saying technicians didn’t hear a noise but in 2 write ups 2 days apart in written down and in computer. Service manager Chip was rude and used all caps yelling and hung up on the phone the day before on me. When I got truck back there was grease hand prints all over truck with pictures to prove it.
