We were looking to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee, came by scoped them out, met Jason Armstrong, who gave us great information on the cars. Came back a few weeks later looking to buy from Jason. He was very helpful in the process, and worked to get us a payment we were comfortable with. I'm really enjoying my new Jeep!

I had four Chrysler and Toyota minivans in the past thirty years. I just sold my Sienna and looked for a new one, but the Toyota was very expensive and the sales associates thought their product is made of gold...I didn't owned Chrysler products since Daimler spoiled one of the best minivans since they were much better than any of junk-Mercedes, but after dealing with Toyota sales associates I took a test drive in 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and after the excellent customer service the new Dodge minivan is parked in my garage with approximately 10K in savings compared with Toyota.

I needed to help my daughter locate a newer vehicle from 400 miles away. She is working in Indianapolis and I live in Missouri. I found a car that I was interested in on Cars.com that was located at Champion Chrysler Jeep Dodge. After submitting an email request for more information, Mohamed Awad called me the next day. He answered all of my questions about the car, and even went out to the car while I was on the phone with him to get more details for me. I felt is was very honest in his description and appraisal of the car's condition, as I had to trust him to be my eyes. He treated my daughter very well when she came to test drive the car, and the transaction went smoothly. I thought it was a very fair price for the car she got.

This is a long story so i will keep it short. I was in a position where I had to get a new car because my old one had been wrecked. I came to Champion and Josh helped me though out the process. What makes this whole thing crazy is that when my credit report was pulled an error appeared that stated I was 4 month behind and that VW had repo'd my car. This was not true, with Josh's help i was able to get proof of my credit situation with VW and i also got the car paid off. Josh firmly believed that with proof of those two things my wife and I would qualify for the car. So Josh got everything lined up and as we are about to buy the car Josh's boss approached my wife and I stating that we would need more money down payment..... keep in mind we had just been told we got the car and Josh had just gone to fix a minor thing with the vehicle. Literally as we are about to buy this car the dealership wanted more money. I stated then just knock that off the price, the GM went to the back and returned now stating that it was now a "bank fee" that would be needed or we could not get the car. So there we are having worked with Josh for 2 weeks getting all these credit errors fixed, getting the car paid off, literally about to buy a car and the dealership is trying to suck 1500 more from us...... we walked. With a tip off we went to Ray Skillman and were able to get the car we wanted financed at a reasonable price. I cant say much for Champion but if you go there see Josh. He will go far and beyond to help you, no matter what situation you are in. PS i gave this a 5 star rating and a YES recommendation...... Those are for Josh, not Champion

I love the Jeep Renegade I recently purchased at Champion Chrysler Jeep Dodge. It rides nice and feels great to drive. I would recommend this dealership and the staff.

Truly the best car buying experience I've ever had. I worked with Thomas Porter on the purchase of my vehicle and found him to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. While I needed a new vehicle, I was adamant about keeping my payments and interest rate within a certain range. Thomas and Gene Allen went above and beyond and delivered more than I expected. They worked diligently to make sure I got the best deal possible and kept my payments right on target. Thomas and Gene insured the whole car buying experience went smoothly and quickly. When I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle I was interested in was pulled out and ready for my inspection and the paperwork was in process. Jason Armstrong sold me my truck on the first of last month and did an awesome job from answering all my question and getting everything done with the truck in a timely manner along with Gene the sales manager and Dennis the finance manager who made the whole buying experience a pleasant one.
