Bayside Nissan Rocks

I visited online Bayside Auto and saw a used 2016 Nissan Rogue which had low mileage (Car Fact history) so I decided to go see for myself.  I was greeted by salesperson Mr. Kelvin B, who took the time to show me the entire inventory online and then he showed me the Nissan Rogue and we test drove that vehicle and also the blank. Kelvin kept saying you will be driving this vehicle so you have to make sure its what you want.  Kelvin provided me a copy of the Truck Car Fact history.  I was so relieved,  I was not feeling pressured into making a decision at that very moment.   So many places tell you this deal is only good while you are here now.  Mr. Kelvin said here's my card and told me he would contact me in a couple of days however feel free to call anytime if you have any questions.  Well the next day I had several questions and he answered most and directed me to the person which could answer the rest and he followed up to make sure I was clear.  In my observation from when I first arrived, their was the warmth of the entire staff such in effort to please the customer ofcourse they trying to sale the car. Well I have purchased the Rogue and that loyalty hasn't changed.  I was able to get a deal for a great vehicle, I am enjoying my new Truck.  I would highly recommend my Salesperson Kelvin and the dealerships entire team they seem to care about their performance, product and great customer service.

I had a very good customer support with James Ott

I bought a used car with the dealership and James Ott was my assigned team member. He is a person with a good practical mind and knowledge and was very helpful and supportive in the process of buying this car. I am happy with the car and the ongoing customer support of James and the dealership.

Christine Watkowski Was An Absolute Joy To Work With

A few weeks ago, I got into contact with Christine Watkowski to talk about buying a new car. My family had previously purchased a car from Bayside Nissan, so I knew I'd have a good experience. Christine went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Ms. Watkowski guided me through each step of the car buying process with ease and the utmost professionalism. She was courteous, patient, and attentive. She also -- and I can't stress this enough -- came in on her day off to help me. I appreciated that a great deal and, in fact, told her multiple times how thankful I was for her dedication. She's an excellent salesperson, and I can't recommend her or Bayside Nissan highly enough.

Great Experience!

The entire purchase experience was fantastic. I found a used vehicle online and Terry (Terence) Williams was helpful from the initial email exchange all the way through the purchase phase. He explained everything clearly and made it simple to purchase. I was in and out in no time. Robin did a great job as well with the paperwork. I recommend this dealer and Terry. Both were great!

What a great day!!!

I wanted to take a few moments to express the exceptional service I received from Kelvin Burston. His personable no pressure approach made my car buying experience the best one yet. He was very knowledgeable and he listened to what I wanted. He was able to work his magic and I bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue. Everyone at Bayside was so nice, helpful and accommodating. I want to acknowledge the outstanding performance of Mr. Errol McLaurin for how he professionally conducted business with me and my spouse on selling us a 2019 Nissan Sentra. Mr. Errol McLaurin's had vast knowledge about the car, and his superior approach in working with us on receiving a reasonable price without adding any pressure was extremely special. Great Dealership

From searching online for a car to walking into this dealership, it was a great experience. Kalyn did a great job matching me up with my salesman, Dennis Fonger. I felt like I was hanging out with an old friend. Dennis was honest and didn't push any "extras" on me. He was extremely patient and knew my car inside and out and set everything up for me. When I purchased my Rogue and got into it, all my favorite radio stations were set and Dennis had cleaned out my other car for me and put everything I had into my new Rogue right where it was in my old car. Who does that?! I felt absolutely no pressure at any time and to say Robyn in financing worked with me is an understatement. I think out of the seven new cars I have bought in my lifetime, this is the first time I walked out of a dealership not kicking myself. And my Rogue is exceptional!

KB, Bryan, and Kay were very helpful!

Amazing Staff, Customer Care and they aren't like your average car salesmen or auto mechanics, they do only what is needed and they don't try and lie or scam you into getting things you don't need, and they are 100% Determined to sell you a car!

A pleasant experience

When I came in, the staff was very friendly and had answers for all of my questions. My salesperson Mark was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car I wanted to purchase. He gave me a test drive and showed me all the features the car had as well as showing me how everything worked. He gave a good description of the car, and was able to answer all of my questions. The bayside Nissan staff was very accommodating and had me wrapped up with the sale in a quick manner.

Shopping for a new car

My experience at Bayside Nissan I rate better than any other dealership I have been to. Jamie Ott was the funniest and best sales man ever. Bryan Shannon and Mike Thomas also made us feel like they really cared for what we wanted and not what they wanted us to buy. We would definitely be back!!
