So I'm going to pick up where I left off,, after us me and my spouse of needing a vehicle it was a must have because line so many people and families live on the outskirts of town,, so we found a nice little Chevy Cruze fair at price thru allegiant,, and us not having the financial means to just purchase it we needed financing also,, so there we were it's getting late in the day and everything is closing we put the thousand dollars down to hold the vehicle until the coming Monday and we would be able to go back and get it after my spouse gets a copy of his social security card,, Well Monday came and it wasn't that simple he had to set up an appointment,, with social security office,, and all their availability was out like a month long wait,, so he requested a refund this went on for 2 weeks here we had already been without transportation for a month and now were looking at another month so yes let's get a refund but nope they didn't want to give a refund one would get busy and another would take over the phone call and then they would be in a meeting or supposed to call us back and the day would be over so it was something everyday for 2 weeks and that's along time when you're living 10 plus miles away from any store and a pharmacy with big hill's along highway 60 to be walking with serious health issues already,, so They finally got us into a situation that was not a good one because they called and said that they had a vehicle that they would just sign over the title and we would own it and it is a very good vehicle they assured us it has heat and air and mechanically sound,, so we got a ride to Springfield for us to get the vehicle and here we are there I was looking over the vehicle while my spouse was inside signing the paperwork,, signed everything was signed and disappeared was I because this car had been through it,, it literally looked like something someone got from the junk yard,, but we tried to think positive and they assured us that when he got his social security card in 2 weeks bring them the car back and they would allow us a thousand dollars trade in,, so that's what we did we did exactly that,, because after the first ride on the way back to the shop in the country where we live and work we discovered that the wheels were all leaning in and this things rear end was in extremely bad shape it was not safe driving it was torn apart on the inside but they were going to take it back,, now here we are at Allegiant again and now they want that car back for a trade in plus another 8 to 1,000 dollars down for another car that's transmission was not going in not gear right,,,hmmm well we don't have that type of stability financially,, so we are now stuck with this car that neither one of us can afford to get fixed to get it properly legal,, and here I was going to doctor's appointments one after the other because I have some health issues like masses around my lymph nodes,, so it has been now my spouse doing all the work and keeping us up,, but the night before my birthday we went 10 miles up the road for a big Mac and the car's motor seized up,, and left us stranded,, so we are obviously going to be needing another car for if I wasn't in need of these doctors appointments then maybe we could just get a vehicle again and hopefully it will be one that doesn't need a bunch of repairs because of the one that just left us stranded was towed the very next day on my birthday causing me to loose everything I had to my name,, my clothes my prescription and some rare mo momentous,,, and here I found one on Allegiant Auto Sales again but after I went contact them it usually is sold right away,, so my health is getting worse and worse and I have no way to the doctor's appointments now for sure and this could have been prevented but Allegiant Auto Sales,, has caused us to be worse off now ,, than we were before,, so I have some really mixed feelings about this car lot,, and if I loose my life all because they wouldn' be fair,,

I would definitely recommend Allegiant Automotive if you are looking for a new vehicle. Communication with Julian prior to visiting the dealership was friendly and non pressured. This place should be put out of business. They sell junk cars and joke warranties. Promise to fix stuff and it never gets fixed and say the warranty doesn’t cover repairs. They say they got you the warranty thrown in. Then you find out your were charged $3500 for a warranty that doesn’t cover anything. The truck I bought didn’t even make it home 30 miles away before it broke down. It was leaking oil transmission fluid and coolant. So much for their 172 point inspection before they put them on the lot. Now I’m paying over $1400 out of pocket to fix a truck I’ve only driven 800 miles so far.

He was the best salesmen I have ever experienced. Simple and straight to the point understood how life can affect you . Gonna go far in this industry

I’ll start by saying that the sales staff seemed decent during the buying process. However, once the sale was complete and I needed help resolving an issue, they became completely unwilling to work with me. Before purchasing my vehicle, I was told multiple times by sales staff and their finance manager that the bumper had been damaged by one of their own salespeople, and that there would be some sort of resolution offered. After waiting for follow-up, the only "solution" they offered was to charge me $500 to fix damage they admitted was their fault. That kind of bait-and-switch behavior is disappointing and unprofessional. I expected accountability, not an unexpected bill for something I didn’t cause. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone who expects honesty and follow-through after the sale.
