i had a horrible experience the customer support was horrifically rude and ignored me, they also said a vehicle that was action only was being bought as i reached out to them about what it was on the website for. they then stopped responding to me as a whole.Overall i am extremely dissatisfied with this company. worst vehicle buying attempt of my life. asan active duty service member this does not sit well with me i will highly recommend people stay away from this site its a cheap scam.

Stay away- there is zero communication from them, they will take your money and run!!!!!! buyer beware!!!

“I had a truly awful experience with Lead Auto Auction. I purchased a vehicle on January 14th, and since then, it’s been a complete nightmare. The car was never shipped. After three weeks, they offered a replacement, but two weeks later, they couldn’t deliver that either. Now, it’s been five months with no resolution. Two weeks ago, they sent me a check for $5,600, but then sent me a text saying not to deposit it because there were no funds. Jeffrey Martinez is the worst scammer I have ever encountered. He doesn’t respond to my texts, emails, or calls. I strongly recommend to stay away from this company

You declined to provide the requested videos because you’re aware the vehicle has significant engine and transmission issues. Instead, you’ve chosen to route it through auction as a blind “as-is” sale, effectively transferring those problems to the next buyer rather than accepting a straightforward cash offer. Initially, you indicated a willingness to provide engine footage and even FaceTime, then reversed course and refused both, along with any direct sale outside the auction. Additionally, you failed to disclose prior rear-end damage and substandard repairs, along with the existing mechanical issues. I definitely had that phone call recorded for my own records and the other reviews validates my thoughts of you. Refusing a legitimate cash transaction while withholding material information strongly suggests an attempt to maximize return on a defective asset at the expense of transparency. You also hung up on me and wouldn't take my phone calls anymore when I found out you and the shady seller does business very often together. Elite is a con game and so is the seller on a lemon vehicle. BEWARE ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH EITHER ONE. #BeVigilant #BeMindful
