My husband and I purchased a certified preowned Acura

My husband and I purchased a certified preowned Acura Integra with about 2000 miles. The price was fair and thankfully there was no haggling back and forth. The car had been used as a loaner but was serviced to look like new. The staff at Reno Acura were very friendly, helpful, and professional. My husband and I appreciated the hospitality and low pressure buying experience.

Acura service team took care of my car

Acura service team took care of my car promptly/professionally. Even when the wrong part was delivered by the supplier, Ethan kept me informed of status. As soon as the right part was delivered, they promptly completed the work. Thank you, Ethan/team.

Met me at the door ready to service my car. I was out within the time frame predicted. Everything was extremely efficient and everyone was very friendly. Love this service department. Worked with James, who should get five stars too.

Tom, the GM, was great to deal with.

Tom, the GM, was great to deal with. Normally we fear the finance guy, but David was a pleasure. Asa and Chui (Jose) were very patient with us and helped us find the right vehicle. Finally, the service manager represents the best part of your dealership. We brought our Tesla in for tires (rather than the Tesla Dealership) and was blown away with the service. We love the car, and we look forward to having our car serviced at Key Acura.
