One Happy Customer
Bill Moriarty was our salesman and was a pleasure to deal with, I have been looking for a ford escape for a while now and have gone to several dealerships but have left because the salesman was rude and pushy, so when we called York Ford and Bill answered I asked if there were any escape's on the lot he stated yes a couple and went to look for the one I was interested in when he replied it was there we went down to look at it and I was SURPRISED that he was so laid back, patient and polite that I bought my escape from him. I have giving his name to a couple of my friends that are looking to purchase a car b/c of his personality. All in all the experience was awesome and if I ever need another ford, York Ford will be the place I go and Bill Moriarty will be the salesman I use. Thank You Bill Troy and Tracy O'Neil

DONT GIVE A DEPOSIT!
We went there to look at a few cars because ours got totalled in an accident. We put down a $500 security deposit because we were told it was refundable. They didn't run my credit, held my money for two weeks while I waited on my insurance company paperwork and then they say u need to put down $3000. So I did. Now someone messed up big time. They ran my credit and Ford wouldn't give me the lease so I wanted to leave to go to another dealer. Come to find out, I have to pay the penalty for their screw ups. Someone double charged by card so they took out 1000 the first time instead of 500. And the other 2500 was in a cashiers check. They said someone brought it to the bank already even tho nothing was finalized! We hadn't even picked another car at that point!!! Now they say I have to wait to get my money back and all I keep hearing is 'I feel bad' but they aren't doing anything to help me. Don't do any business here unless ur okay with missing thousands of dollars if you decide you don't want the car or they won't give you the lease cuz of your credit. They aren't gonna cover my overdraft fees. And a cashiers check should clear immediately so I shouldn't have to wait on their bank. I should be able to have my money back. But that's not possible apparently. This is such a disaster. I would never do business here again.

Purchasing Process
The process was a little to slow for me. Looking ant vehicles and test driving takes time and is acceptable. The process slows down when the decision to purchase a vehicle is made. Also the pick up of the new vehicle is to slow.

My experience
My car was brought to Ford Collision for repairs after I was unfortunately rear ended. They certainly turned my luckless day around. When I arrived I was greeted by Dee at the front desk, she instantly offered her help and thoroughly explained what to expect and reassured me that my car was in good hands. Paul Ferry, also took the time to assist me with all of my questions and had a representative from the rental company already well informed and ready to assist me. During the process of waiting for repairs I received several updates about the status of my car, this always put me at ease to know my car was a priority. Both Paul and Dee went above and beyond to assure my trust and satisfaction with choosing Ford Collision, their professionalism and knowledge made this process effortless. The repairs were perfect and my car looked like new, I can not say enough positive words about my experience. All of my future business will be with Ford Collision in Saugus and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Always great service
Went in for my oil change which was FREE!!! Can't complain, everyine is always very nice and they let me know if anything is needed in addition to my oil change.
