Steve is professional knowledgeable and Pleasant to work with. Steve made sure everything went smooth and easy and stress-free when buying a vehicle. We couldn't be happier with the vehicle or Steve at Matick Buick. In June we needed some body work done. We called Steve and he got us in right away and took care of the problem. Steve is on his A-game and always takes your calls. Again everything worked out smooth and easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend Matic Buick for any of your vehicle needs and ask for Steve as your salesman. You will never be disappointed. We hope Matic Buick in Southfield realizes how fortunate they are they have a salesperson who is as dedicated as Steve is.

I went in for an AC repair. The place was clean and people were welcoming. My quote was given for an AC condenser repair, refrigerant, and broken seals. It was about $900. I was shocked by the quote so I did some research myself. I was in a front-end accident about 5 months ago. My collison repair took place at the end of June thru mid July. When researching, I discovered that the AC condenser was in the front of the car and was replaced by our collison shop. So I called Matick to question the replacement. I was told it was added by mistake. When I requested a new estimate they increased the cost of refrigerant by $100. When I questioned that, they lowered the price. It took from Tuesday afternoon to Thursday evening to finish the car. When I questioned the length of time and requested that they play for my rental car they told me they were waiting for a part. Never once did they explain what the wait was for. I was really excited to come here for the first time (close to my work) and I will NEVER go back. I would not trust them with a true assessment of a repair. Who’s knows how many other wrongly quoted repairs they have done.
