Randy and Jake were both amazing guys!

Randy and Jake were both amazing guys! They made buying a car easy and fun. They made me a lasting impression on us! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! I couldn't bring my new car home that day due to a recall. So they made arrangements to fix the recall and drove it 3.5 hours to my house! That's great customer service! These guys had outstanding customer service! What a great team they made! Thanks guys I appreciate you both so much!

I drive to Columbus from Cleveland on a Sunday night and

I drive to Columbus from Cleveland on a Sunday night and my air conditioning went out after 45 mins into the trip. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 8:30 AM before my conference started at 10:00. Derron greeted me and was so calm and helpful while I dropped my car off. A nice employee named Jerry drove and my colleague back to our hotel as we left the car for service. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with Derron’s communication through out the entire process. They fixed the compressor and put in a new battery by the next evening. I’m very thankful to the whole crew that worked on my car. I left for a family vacation a few days later during the heat wave. I appreciate the professionalism they showed.

Dominic D. Was awesome to work with. I was purchasing a preowned truck from out of state, and he made the process seamless, as if I were there for the entire purchase. He effectively went through all the details and ensured all my questions were answered. The rest of the staff was very courteous and hospitable as well. Very pleasant experience at this dealership.
