This dealership/Service Center has taken great care of me and the two new 2018 Kias I bought from them a few years ago. Neither of these vehicles has required any Repairs, only normal regular maintenance. All maintenance activities have been performed competently, efficiently, and correctly with no follow up required. The service events have all begun with a pleasant immediate greeting by a knowledgeable, cooperative, friendly Service Manager (in this case, Jesse Newland), and ended with a quick handling of closing paper work and a briefing of the service event by Service Manager as he led me to my freshly washed car parked in a spot amenable to an easy quick departure.
