He had several appointments when I came in that day and I watched him give customer service to everyone and definitely gave me his undivided attention when he was assisting me. I took my car (my 3rd new Kia purchased from this dealership) into Crown Kia for its first oil change recently. I had an appointment and I was immediately greeted by Daniel Harris who knew what I wanted done and how long it would take. I was a waiter and was pleasantly surprised when Daniel informed me about 10 minutes early that my car was ready. I recommend the Crown Kia service department. Lee O.

My experience at Crown, up until a month ago was...

My experience at Crown, up until a month ago was extremely positive. In January of 2020, I purchased a 2019 Kia Forte, which essentially became my dream car. I took it to get an oil change once and it was great. The second time was much different. This time, I took the car in to get an oil change and fuel injector service. Immediately after picking my car up, I noticed that there was an issue with the way it was driving. I ended up having to take it back up their twice, at the advice of Alex Greenland, my service advisor. Both times, he put band aids on the problem, didnt fix a thing, and was generally non-communicative about what was going on. I bring my car up a fourth time, to finally see what needed to be fixed at the beginning of last month. I was given a loaner car and told it would only be a few days to fix it. Multiple weeks go by, in which I have to be the one to reach out for updates for Alex, not the other way around. Finally, about 2 weeks ago, Alex gets transferred to another Crown dealership (odd timing) and I find out that the hold up is because Kia's internet service got hacked (sounds like a gigantic excuse). Finally, 2 days ago, I get told that I can pick my car up. Now, Im left wondering whether, my 2 year old car, with less than 40,000 miles on it, is permanently damaged. The Crown service department (besides Jesse) was incredibly uncommunicative this entire time and I am extremely disappointed in the lack of quality service I received from them. Needless to say, I wont be back.

Crown Kia had the used vehicle we were looking for and it was listed at the best price. Leesha Fuentes was quick to assist us and helped us throughout the buying process. Leesha also supported us with some questions we had after the sale and she helped us resolve a minor issue with one of the keys to the vehicle. We will certainly look here again for our next vehicle purchase.
