Call talked to a guy about a Ford 150 was told it would be there told him I get off at 4 drove 2 hr to get there and it was sold can't trust a man's word can't trust his business

I was very pleased with my car buying experience. I was able to make a very easy purchase and get my car the same day. They even delivered it!!! They did an amazing job I’m very happy with my car!!

Didn't have the greatest experience unfortunately.... had to wait a while and I really didn't receive the warmest welcome either. Had we had a better experience 100% I would have bought that vehicle for my son right there on the spot, but I just felt like were an inconvenience to the lady for being there even tho they closed at 7 and I was there by 4:45pm on a Wednesday. So proceed up to the lot at your own risk and hopefully you'll get a better response and experience than I did!

Great selection of vehicles. Prices are reasonable. Staff and owner Ryan are polite and nice to work with. Will definitely purchase our next vehicle from Zoom!

They put the Thorn in Thorntown, they'll stick it to you. We bought a van here and after having it inspected by my mechanic it was discovered that it had a blown head gasket. It wasn't overheating because it was being masked by having lots of sealer put into the coolant system. The cost to fix it was going to be way more than what the van was worth. They may not have been the ones to cover up the blown head gasket but they were unwilling to work with us to fix the problem. We had to go to the state Attorney General's office to file a complaint. They did then give us a partial refund once we went to the Attorney General for help. But we are still left with an outstanding loan for a van only fit for the scrap yard.

Very sketchy. I am in NY and asked for pictures of the frame rails and a video of the engine running with the hood open. They refused. I was a sales manager with a large Ford dealership in Orlando, and we never denied a request for photos. What are they hiding?

They sell me the car without warranty And the car have a little problem of engine When I write them, they don’t answer

My son purchased his first car there so that he could drive back and forth to college his freshman year. Less than two weeks after buying it the transmission went out. After having it looked at we found more problems, one of which the check engine light had been disconnected. We went back to the dealer and he wouldn't do anything to help my son, so he is still paying for a car he can't drive because it costs too much to fix it. Come to find out, we aren't the only ones who have had this problem there. And apparently the State Attorney Generals Office knows about this place...not in a good way. DO NOT BUY A CAR THERE!!!

Friendly , good quality used cars for your money. Would definitely recommend them for ur next used car purchase.

Transparent about the vehicle and is good quality for a cash car. Will be buying another car from there soon.
