I went in with less-than-perfect credit and only a part-time job, but they still found a way to make it work for me when I didn’t think I had many options. Johnny and Rachel really stood out with how much they cared. I didn’t have transportation to the dealership and the bus ride would have taken hours, so they actually came to my home in Ventura and picked me up. That kind of extra effort made a huge difference. From start to finish, everything felt easy and stress-free. They treated me with kindness and respect the whole time, and I never felt judged. FRAUDULENT CAR DEALERSHIP THEIR CARS GIVE OUT WITHIN DAYS. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but they keep repeating these mistakes with other clients. One word. RUN.

There’s guys are frauds!!! They keep selling cars that can only go around the block. They make promises to take your cash.

While the initial price looked attractive and the dealership made many commitments, the final financed price was much higher than they originally promised, and they ended up going back on many of their commitments. The car itself was fine, as far as used cars go. But if you're going to work with this dealership, be aware of hidden extra charges and ensure you have everything in writing before beginning to work out a deal.

Avoid this dealership! extremely dishonest. Every time I called I got a different sales person. I put a deposit down on a Mercedes SL, which they said was in excellent condition. Pictures did not show the true condition. Arranged for a pre-purchase inspection. The vehicle immediately ran out of fuel during the 5 mile test drive, gas gauge was broken, headrest motors were defective, heater & AC did not work, antenna was broken, radio did not work, washer fluid pump was defective & several other hidden problems. They completely misrepresented the vehicle. I called to get my holding deposit back, and the owner yelled at me stating I needed to pay a towing fee. They never sent a tow truck - they sent a guy with a gas can. I can’t believe dealerships like this stay in business.

Never answered my question, but sent several pushy emails offering a test drive of the car I had a question about. It seems they never even read the question I asked.

Never shopping anywhere else for cars!! I’m on my second transaction with Inside Guys and as always very pleased. I value the integrity they carry themselves and through their vehicles. Personal, family, or business they’ve always got me covered. Even through wear and tear on their products. If they don’t do it themselves they have a reputable place to go. They truly are the people to go through that know a car inside and out!
