Everything about this place is SHADY!!!!!!. What a waste of 2 hours of my life. I now understand why their policy is to not give their dealer fees over the phone. They need to get you in the door to pull off their scam! Before test driving the car the sales rep (Tim) gave a rough idea of what the monthly loan payment would be, which lined up closely to the $31,350 sticker price + taxes, registration and reasonable fees. The fun begins when you sit down with their finance manager! When outlining the final amount financed it said $44k, which amounts to about $10,000 in dealer fees (after factoring taxes)! $2200 reconditioning fee, freight (I was planning to drive the car off the lot), and a whole bunch of other nonsensical fees. To the shady gentleman at the front desk - I will purchase my car at the legit dealer with taxes, a confirmed $150 doc fee and NYS registration fees (actual cost with no margin) as the only costs on top of the sticker price. They also informed me that what you’re doing is illegal. No wonder you wouldn’t let me walk out of the dealership with your quote in hand.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever been provided in my life!! I'm a very patient and laid-back individual. These people do not care about their customers. I expressed how serious I was as a buyer and was willing to close a deal. I even filled out a financing application on behalf of THEIR request! Not a pre-approval!! (mind you i have fantastic credit) Fully committed to buying a vehicle, was just pending an respectable APR rate, since they said I had to finance with them. On preapproval with their lenders they were offering extreme 12%+ rates to (800+ credit score) Long story short after 5-7 phone calls in 2 days I received no call back or even an email from finance or a sales manager. I was told multiple times other customers were more important than I was over the phone! I do NOT recommend this dealership. Just go somewhere else

Stay Away!!!!!!!! Or........ Get the final price before you apply for credit, Video tape the manage stating the final price so you have proof. Call your lawyer when they change the price after they run your credit!!! now you can sue for the entire amount of the asking price

Stay away if you are willing to pay cash. The listed prices are a trap to get you in. Also, most of the reviews in this forum are computer generated and fake
