SOLD ME A CAR THAT LASTED 4 DAYS /150 mile and ENGINE BLEW.I HAVE THE THE INSPECTION PAPER OF THE CAR TO PROVE FOR ANYONE THAT CARE TO SEE. I TRIED TO CALL NO ONE RETURNED CALLS, TRIED EMAIL. ANSWER JUST 2 OF THEM AND NOTHING AFTER. THEY DON'T HONOR ANY WARRANTY THEY THROW AT YOU. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A REPUTABLE REPAIR CENTER PLACE. JUST A SMALL BUILDING AT THE END OF A DEAD END STREET. WHERE YOU LEAVE THE CAR PARKED ON THE STREET, (NOT LOCKED INSIDE A GATED LOT) TO FIX ANYTHING THEY SELL YOU . WILL FIGHT UNTIL I DIE TO GET RID OF DEALER THAT RIP OFF HARD WORKING CONSUMERS. Stephen Benesockay WILL ONLY CLAIM HE DOES YOUR PAPER WORK AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR CAR PROBLEM. HE PRETENDS TO HAVE YOUR BEST INTERESTED AND HE DOESN'T. HE WILL TRIED TO SKIM ANOTHER $1000 OFF THE BOOK ON YOU IF YOU ARE CAREFUL. I HAVE RETURNED THE TRUCK IN GOOD FAITH AND IN HOPE THAT THEY WOULD HAVE IN TURN RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND NOTHING HAPPEN. NOW IM WITHOUT TRUCK OR MY MONEY BACK. DON'T GO THERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. LOOKS LIKE I WILL HAVE FIGHT TO GET IT BACK. WHICH IS REALLY SAD WHEN IT ALL COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED

They do not honor missing parts to cars sold on their floor. I have been ignored for about a month and half now. I’ve texted and called and they always respond with empty promises.

this dealer lied to me over the phone about the price of a car and whether they would charge any dealer fees, knowing I was planning to drive 3 hours to see it. their excuses about it being a new guy and not trained are clearly xx - the guy I saw insisted on going over numbers and "making sure we're on the same page" before letting me take a test drive - this is clearly a standard tactic they use to drive more people inside. so, if you see a really good price, make sure to prepare yourself for a much higher price once you actually get there and don't believe any pricing information they tell you until you are onsite.

Straight SCAMMERS!! The employees here are very rude, unprofessional, and have 0 customer service skills. They marked the car online $26,500, told me there was a discount for Eid as well, and when I asked for an out the door price Chelsea let me know they don’t do that over the phone. When i asked the sales person about the deal he laughed and said I don't know why she told you that. I drove 2 hours from Connecticut during rush hour for them to tell me the car is $29,300 BEFORE taxes and that I have to finance with them if I wanted any discount (I was preapproved). Don’t waste your time whatsoever the entire dealership is a SCAM and it smells like weed inside. Take heed to the reviews before you waste your time!!!

The people over there were really good with emails and phone calls the only bad thing we had problems with because of the big snow storms we had in the East Coast so everything that like buried in so they never got the chance of starting up the car to see how it sounds but I was quoting the mix between that car and another car and everything else so by the time I got back to them it was already sold but anyway they said there was something that I was looking for and everything else I can always contact them and they'll go find it for me
